… Food member, Josh consistently focuses on organic and sustainably farmed fruits and vegetables, calling Sonoma County a "Chef's playground". Josh's goal, he says, is to create deeply flavored soul-satisfying comfort food and take it to a higher level of sophistication.
The restaurant offers traditional style dining, as well as both a 7-course and 9-Course tasting menu, created uniquely and "at the Chef's whim" for the table. A changing prix fixe menu is also available.
