"While wonderful food, the amounts are far too large and somewhat intimidating. Smaller portion size would be welcome. Everyone at our table took leftovers home, which is not always welcome."

"When we arrived the restaurant was 3/4 empty. We were sat at a terrible table. When we asked to sit at a different table, we were told they were all reserved! I insisted and insisted and we finally did get moved to a slightly better table. Server took our order, the food was brought quickly, but then we didn't see the server again for an hour or so. She only became attentive when the check was about to be brought, no doubt to try and boost her tip. Food was just fair. Restaurant seems to be very popular and cannot figure out why. Was a rather UNPLEASANT dining experience and there are plenty of other places where everything is better. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place."

"We were six people. We were all disappointed in the overpricing of everything. $12.95 for salad before entree, really? $49 for specials, really? Three of us ordered the brocciole, a supposedly cooked for hours flank steak. It was tough with hardly any sauce. And if you wanted to change your side dish from gnocchi to speghetti, forget it. Too overpriced for a neighborhood restaurant in a strip mall."

"Very disappointing experience - the lighting was rather poor - it gives the impression of fine dining yet there were several TV's which emoted a sports bar atmosphere. The service was fine and the waiters were attentive but the veal dish was bland and tough and our other dishes tasteless and way overpriced. We dine out a great deal and we will not return which is unfortunate because it is so close to home."

"Fancy linens, expensive food and sports on multiple TV's. It's like they can't make up their mind on what they want to be. Prices too high for the quality of the food. It was good, but not THAT good. Presentation was nice; service was excellent."

"I had never been to Pete's before and was going on a Friday night so I reserved through open table. When we got there there was only a few tables being occupied which scared me a bit. There was a live band playing when you walk in that provided a nice atmosphere. They have a very nice wine list. It ended up that the service was great, the food was great, and the overall experience was great."
