"I've eaten at Pete Miller's in Evanston and had some of the best steaks of my life. Not so much with the Wheeling location. My medium-rare filet mignon had a chewy crust that I had to leave behind, and was more medium done. The atmosphere was great (live jazz), the decore stylish, the tables far enough that you don't have to listen to other people's conversation. We had a good time, and the food was mostly good, if not outstanding."

"We had a great time. The music was groovy and our server was VERY accomodating. I had my aunt from Texas with us and she asked a million questions about the food. I was a little embarassed but our server was patient and had all the answers. I wish I could remember her name to thank her here.The only thing that wasnt perfect was the artichoke appetizer (bland). We are planning to go back when the patio opens for the season. OVER ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE !"

"Went here for first time and had Easter brunch. Food was ok, but for the price, I would have expected a bit better selection and quality. Dessert consisted of store bought pies (my husbands was still frozen in the middle), the salad selection was a premade Caesar or a romaine with only lettuce.
Our server was ok, but we sat near the server's station and I heard one of them burp loudly!
Unfortunately, this was not the best first visit here and we will probably not return."

"I don't think the restaurant was prepared. We came at 2:00 and many items were gone. Refilling was very slow and the presentation of the food by that time was not well done. Apparently there weren't enough plates so we were eating off chargers and platters. I would expect much more for $39 a person."

"Had a great Easter Brunch. Good food, great service and all left with tummies full. The outdoor dining area wasn't open yet but it looks really nice. Highly recommend the lamb and the backed salmon!"
