Entertainment: Live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Our headliner "Diamond" Dave Hosley appears Thursday and Friday evenings at 9:00 P.M. Enjoy a wide range of music from the forties to the top forties. Saturday evenings if Diamond Dave is not in the house one of our popular D.J. personalities keeps the music playing. Sunday eveinings Jimmy’s Allstars appear with a different guest vocalist every week to sing the blues from 5 to 8 P.M. Tuesday evenings in the lounge catch Sin Silver, our Irish songstress who sings popular covers as well as Irish music.

Petar’s Restaurant and Pub has been a landmark in Lafayette since 1959. Originally situated on Mt. Diablo Boulevard Petar's is now tucked away on Lafayette Circle. Petar's has an old school feel, but our menu is fresh and contemporary with many healthy choices. All our entrees are made to order.… You'll enjoy homemade soups, fresh salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, steaks, seafood, prime rib, lamb and chicken dishes. Lunch is served Monday through Saturday and dinner is served nightly. Banquets are welcome for lunch, dinner or cocktails in our dining room or lounge. Special banquet menus are available for all occasions. Petar's features live entertainment Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 9:00 PM. Petar's is where the generations meet and the fun never stops. "Petar's is a great restaurant for an easier night out. It is not too busy and you can get a reservation pretty easily. The food is tasty and the wait staff is very nice. The restaurant doubles as a pub, so the bar scene adds a laid-back ambiance to the place. This is a good place to go with friends or family for a fun night out. There is live music at 9PM (usually Thurs-Sat) as well."

"From the matradee to the waiters, everyone seemed to dread another day at work. The place needs a major uplift, peeling paint, chairs strapped together with screws and medal brackets. It just didn't feel clean.

The food was okay and fairly priced, but not worth a second visit."

"Nothing has changed except the menu. Wait person seemed rushed, special request (for an extra scoop of ice cream!!) was treated as unreasonable because they "don't allow" it, quesadilla was doughy, filled with stuff that didn't excite the taste buds. We hadn't been there in over a year; we should have stayed away this time."
