We ordered the 4 cheese pizza, the meatball pasta, tuna tartare, tomato soup. We waited a good 5 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Our drinks and food arrived quickly (except that he brought the salad after all the other food). But our water glasses were empty and no one refilled them without our asking - a cardinal sin! Food was good. Eggs Florentine was delicious, as was the French toast and the chicken panini sandwich. Champagne above average. Would I go here again? The wait staff made sure your every need was taken care of. Our courses were served in a timely manner, ensuring that you didn't feel rushed, but didn't feel like you were waiting. Everything was Fresh, hot and was full of flavor. I will make it a point to stop in again next time we're in the San Francisco area. I had the tuna tartare which was a bit too sour for my taste. For my main dish I had the Bianca pizza which was good, but not the best. The service started a little slow and wasn't that attentive. However, at the end one of the servers greeted us and gave us a free desert and thanked us for our business. That individual touch made it a much better experience, hence the 5 stars on service. Interesting pasta and seafood dishes, service was very good. The party ordered pizza and soup/salad but I had the halibut (I think) which was served over some mashed with a rich sauce that was just right. I should have had a salad too as there were only some half cheery tomatoes on the plate. But it is Italian!
