The restaurant is chic and very attractive and a good place for dinner. I had the pecan crusted snapper and it was tasty. We had fun having a drink and listening to the piano player/singer in the bar. Beginning with the meat market and all the locations in the Houston/Galvaston area. I have taken friends and family to the Dallas location 3 times now. Using Open Table to make a reservation ensures I have a table the moment I arrive. Each member of the staff is friendly and seem as though the are there just for you.
We have eaten everything from the Steaks to the Pork Chop (Personal favorite). This is without a doubt one of my favorite places to have a relaxed well served meal with excellent food.
Parking can be a bit of a bear but well worth the hassle. We were looking for a place with excellent food reviews, quiet with great service. Perry's Steakhouse satisfied all of our desires. The service throughout the entire dining experience was wonderful. When I asked for the ladies' room, not only was I escorted there, the servers that I passed on the way and back to my table, all stepped aside in order to allow me to pass them rather than acting as though I was in their way. The food was wonderful and was delivered with the timing we also wanted - slowly. We had appetizers and salads over a 45 minute period. We were in no rush and did not want to be rushed. The first, a few years ago, opened my eyes to the tremendous dinner pork chop (proud to say I finished it), so I was really looking forward to lunch this past Friday.
This was my wife's first visit to Perry's, so she was a bit skeptical, but she gave in to Pork Chop Friday... She was worried about it being cooked all the way through, or that it would be dry, or that... Anyway, she LOVED it! Cooked perfectly with juices and flavor all the way through. She didn't stand a chance of finishing it, but that didn't really matter (yes, I finished the smaller lunch portion).

The wine cellar itself is something, the live piano music sets the mood before you are even approached. The waiters are well informed, patient and ready to make your visit an experience to remember. We were really impressed and blown away by the atmospher/ambiance of the total dinning experience. With it being our 1st visit, we didn't really know what entree to select for dinner. We saw someone that we knew upon entering and asked what should we try, since they were regular guest. They said, most definitley try the Pork chops. So I ordered the chops and the wife had the Pecan crusted Red Snapper. Started with the Escargot as the appetizer, followed by the Wedge salad and shared the (off the menu) Macarroni/cheese with Lobster side dish. There was a tag-team of servers, so we never were wanting for anything. George, our main waiter, was terrific with extra knowledge on wines to the easiest directions to the theater. The lobster tail was so beautiful you would think that you were on a coastline. Salads, soup, desserts (our table split three), and excellent beef. After reading the reviews we decided to split a porkchop. We started with the escargot which was so good. Had two sides and split the chop. More than enough food for 4 but it was not the quanity of the food that made it great ... It was the quality and the flavor. It is lively, sophisticated and you are able to have an intimate conversation if you are wanting a romantic evening. The service is flawless and the food is excellent. We live in the Turtle Creek area so the location is very convenient.
