  • "It was very busy on Friday night. We didn't have a server come to our table until about 15 minutes later. After that, we waited another 15 minutes for our bread to come out. The appetizer (crab cake) was phenomenal. Our food however was salty. At first I thought maybe it was just the steak that my husband ordered, however the chicken I ordered was very salty too. The steak was ordered medium well, however it came well done, and it as a tad bit burnt on the outside. We had the house special dessert, the chocolate lava cake - I thought it was okay - nothing great, and the ice cream was so hard to cut into. Overall the ambiance was great, but they could improve on their service and salt level. Will try another location of Perry's."

  • "Perry's is supposed to be upscale but instead felt like a family-style restaurant with inflated prices. The service was slow & we had to stop whichever waiter we could find to get service. However, our waiter did give us a free dessert to make up for the lack of service. My salad was AWESOME & my steak was good. However, I would have preferred going to Longhorns or Outback to have great food AND service at 1/3 of the price."

  • "We've been coming to this restaurant since they opened. The service was excellent and the waiter adapted to our requests from turning down the very loud music so we could actually hear one another to assisting us to split our meals. The food is always excellent. We wonder why restaurants do two things: 1) seat families with small children next to couples (when there are many other choices of tables) and 2) play loud music. The music makes you want to get up and leave. While the children who sat next to us this time were extremely well behaved, this has not always been the case. Couples go out to have meaningful conversation and some respite from the race and pace of life."

  • "I took my girlfriend to Perry's for our 2 year anniversary and had a reservation. When we arrived exactly on time and told them our name, we had to wait to be seated. We waited approximately 15 minutes while the hostesses brought other couples to their tables to sit down despite our reservation. Then, when we were seated, our waitress took our order and didn't even bring drinks or bread for an additional 20 minutes. Our waitress had two other tables nearby and she would check with them very frequently because she most likely assumed they would tip well because they were older than we were. It was a poor experience overall, especially for a very expensive dinner."

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Perry's. Everything was delicious! We both had the escargots, and they were very unique, with little puff pastries on top of each escargot! Then we both had steak cooked medium rare, and they were both cooked to perfection! If you want a perfectly cooked steak you can't go wrong with Perry's! The macaroni and cheese side dish was "the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had" according to my husband. And for the pièce de résistance, the Nutty D'Angelo: Pecans flambeed with brown sugar and brandy served over ice cream. Fabulous!"

However, we felt very rushed by our server - as if, he were anxious for us to move on - which was a disappointment since we hadn't seen our friends in quite a while and were looking forward to visiting. This has never happened before - so, we were surprised at this treatment. The tables were very close together in our dining area, so the noise level was high - and it was difficult to hear the conversation. Your steaks are absolutely the BEST! And, of course, the nutty d'angelo is "to die for." Your salads are always very fresh - can't be beat!!! We'll surely come again and hope for a more leisurely lunch."

  • "The staff seated us even though I made a mistake on dates. We showed up on Friday night but for some reason I asked for Thursday. They were very gracious and asked all the right questions which I kept insisting was for Friday night at the Woodlands Perry's. Finally the hostess gave us a table. There was way too much food to eat, but we took the dessert home. I ordered the salmon entree that was cooked to perfection and several people ordered the filet or their signature Pork Chop! None disappointed. Service was very attentative and friendly. A good time was had by all."

We had an excellent "male bonding" meal in a great environment with attentive service at a very leisurely pace. The menu is extensive and covers all tastes. My grandson had a steak which he really enjoyed, while I enjoyed excellent seared Ahi Tuna. Portions were large enough that we could not order desert. The fresh bread served is outstanding and they brought enough to satisfy my grandson. A totally enjoyable experience. Will definitely eat here again."

  • "We made a last-minute decision to see if we could get a reservation but I wasn't hopeful. I was wrong! We got one with only 10 minutes notice but we were already in route so it wasn't a problem. My husband and I shared the kabob and the meat was rare rather than medium so it had to go back for another minute or two. The waitress forgot our bread but that's not a bad thing since I'd have probably eaten it all had it been there. And no one is perfect all the time so it didn't bother us. That aside, it was very quiet (we had an early reservation - 6:00), staff was attentive, food and beverages were great. We headed to the bar afterward. That was a bit noisier but the pianist was good and the music was nice. Overall, no complaints!"

  • "The bar renovation is amazing. Bartender must have been new and stressed out. Seemed very unaware that people were ready to order their cocktails. Our waiter was very cordial but VERY slow. asked for no mushrooms and got mushrooms. It took so long to order that the order mess up wasn't worth mentioning. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert because that is how slow everything was that night. We enjoy this place very much but the service needs to be consistent."

  • "As usual, my wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Perry's. We were celebrating her recent completion of her pharmacy school and licensing exam. We both had steak, I chose the Filet Perry's and she had the New York Strip. The appetizer (bacon wrapped scallops) was excellent and we chose fried asparagus as a side (instead of an appetizer). We also tried the sherried mushrooms (I think this is new on the menu for sides). My wife enjoyed the wine but I stuck with cocktails throughout dinner. We really didn't have room for dessert but they gave us a dessert trio to help us celebrate this great milestone. We always have a great dinner out at Perry's."

  • "The Chateaubriand was absolutely perfect. I ordered it black and blue, and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and surprisingly had enough marbling to be fully flavored. The truffle-merlot sauce was the only one of the three sauces paired with it worthy enough to share the same bite. I'm usually not a big fan of steak butter, but Perry's adds just a hint of bleu cheese for flavor that sold me on their's. Erin's service was perfect, and Rebecca and the rest of the management team was very attentive to the entire dining room. Overall a great evening."

  • "Upon arrival, we were seated with 2 minutes. My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Perry's! We started with the crab cakes which were the BEST we have ever had. Then, the wedge salad was very yummy. Then on to the filet mignon and cowboy ribeye which were cooked to perfection - along with the potatoes au gratin. Then the warm chocolate cake - oh my goodness, it was oozing with Ghiradelli chocolate! The atmosphere was great too. Can't wait to go back."
