He brought me a bunch on the side to file out at my discretion.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMA treatPerry's steakhouse promises and delivers a high quality experience that start with great service, finely crafted cocktails, a decent list of wines by the glass (albeit not very well priced...but 400% markups are to be expected in a fine dining place which is a steakhouse) and well executed food. The steaks are thick cut and well prepared and the Friday porkchop is a thing of beauty! A beautifully smoked chunk of meat, cooked through yet tender and seared just before service to provide a caramelized crust to enhance the smokiness and rub. Having made a reservation through OpenTable, my group was seated at the exact time of our reservation. Though the restaurant was quite busy, the wait staff was friendly and very attentive. Everyone at our table chose the Friday lunch special - THE PORK CHOP. The presentation, with table side carving for each plate was entertaining and informative. At the suggestion of our waiter we ordered the warm chocolate cake dessert for the four of us and it was the perfect ending to quite enjoyable lunch. The Friday Pork Chop Lunch is the best value and great accept for too much salted butter. The food is great great and the steaks are prepared to perfection. The bar has a great view of the fountains and will serve you the full menu. The staff provide outstanding service. My wife and I still love the place but remember if you don't like too much salt tell them to not use the house butter sauce. Less than a week after our first visit, we came back again with our daughter who is also a foodie. We were there on Easter Sunday at 5:30 when the power went out due to a storm.
