The service was attentive and explained the menu to our guests that hadn't previously dined at Perry's. We had a great time with pork chops all around. The molten chocolate desert was also fantastic! I will definitely continue to return to Perry's for special occasions or anytime to eat."

The one big drawback, in my opinion, is the noise level. It was a Tuesday evening and we expected it to be less than full. Wrong! It was packed and extremely loud making it very difficult to have a conversation."

  • "I have lived in Houston for a while and failed to try this pork chop. Lets just say this pork chop was worth everything everyone told me. Please get the pork chop. If you go on a special which is before 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday (lunch portion for under $15). If you go on Sunday after 4 p.m. get the $24.95 3 course special. You will need to add a side but it come with the larger portion but leftovers of this pork chop are always welcome. Try it and fall in love. Best pork chop I have ever taste!!!!"

  • "We went here to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations 4:00 p.m. At that time, we felt the restaurant would not be overly crowded and it wasn't crowded. A group of six came in before us and they did not have reservations and they were seated immediately. We had to wait for 10 minutes before we were seated and we were seated next to the kitchen which we felt was odd because there were plenty of empty seats. The food was good but we have not been back."

  • " My husband and I were wanting a nice quiet dinner to celebrate his birthday. We made reservations on OpenTable for 8pm. We arrived 15 minutes early and the hostess checked us in and said our table would be ready closer to 8:00 and offered us to sit at the entrance or at the bar and they would come call us from there. We opted for the bar which we never do, we ordered our drinks and as said by the hostess at almost 8pm we were called to be taken to our seat. The waiter was amazing and made sure we were comfortable with our seats and answered any question we had about the menu. The food was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner. Thank you guys for the perfect dinner."

First the bar noise spoiled the usually great atmosphere - hard to hear. The Service started rushed. Had to ask for bread. One of the Perry's Filets (signature dish) was an end with gristle running through it - not $44 steak quality. The waiter forgot our baked potato, but brought it later. Not the usual quality."

This location really seems to be going down hill. We had a early reservation, and getting there right on time and still had to wait for 15 minutes for a table. The service was very slow and non attentive. We had to ask for water and drinks were constantly left empty. When food came you could clearly feel which dishes were left sitting in the kitchen and which were out quickly. Very average, and the waiter didn't care. Some places this is normal but when you go spend 300 plus on a earlyTuesday dinner its not a great experience. I would not suggest this Perry's location."
