They are consistent in quality at every location and Cinco Ranch/Katy is no exception. Every item on the menu that I have tried is very good to excellent. The waiter on this occasion was friendly without being too personal and attentive without being over-bearing. He was also knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. The serving of the courses was timely and the manager checked in with us to ensure everything was good.
I would highly recommend Perry's as a place to for a special occasion (they have private rooms for groups that I have used), for a romantic evening, a business dinner or even a nice dinner for no particular reason.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthday dinerWent for my wife's birthday. A few minutes later, the young lady who seated us came back and scattered rose petals on our table which was charming. Toward the end of our meal, Josh, our server, who did a wonderful job, informed us that we would be served a dessert to help us celebrate our special day. A few minutes after we had finished our meal, Josh came out with the Dessert Trio, which was wonderful. Thanks to all the folks at the Katy location of Perry's Steakhouse & Grille for helping to make our day even more amazing. Be prepared to take home leftovers for a few more meals, as it is HUGE! It was flavorful, tender, and the BEST pork chop that I have ever eaten.
However, the service on the last visit was exceptionally poor. After we were seated, no one came to our table for at least 10 minutes. Another waiter noticed us sitting there, and brought us some water. Finally our waitress came to take our order. She was gone for long lengths of time. After dinner, we waited for quite awhile for our bill, and had to flag another staff person down to ask for our bill. My family and I gave them a second chance to redeem themsleves. I will say that they hit a home run! The management, the wait staff and their allstar runner were all on top of their game. I am very happy that if my next visit is as equally good, I will make Perry's a permanent part of our dining rotation.
I was impressed with the fact that the GM (Sal) actually took the time to reach out to me and both called and emailed me to discuss my dining experience.

If I should recommend some improvements I think they could turn the light up just a tad as it would be a lot easier to read the menu that way and I must say I found the price of the food a tad bit to high.
