PeriyaliExcellent FoodTheir food is wonderful! I had heard that their Grilled Octopus was fantastic! In the past I avoided ordering this dish as I never enjoyed the chewy consistency (plus the idea of eating ugly Octopus arms/legs never appealed to me). However, we ordered this as one of several appetizers, and wow....absolutely delicious. They were firm, not chewy, and the seasoning was exceptional! I selfishly scarfed down most of the order! Their Greek meatballs were delicious as was the calamari. And we all ordered fish as our entree...my sea bass was moist and delicious, my brother's branzino fish was exceptional, the red snapper was exceptional! The food is delicious. Their octopus is the best I have ever had. The restaurant is very attractive and comfortable and they do not rush you. The restaurant is clean and lovely, fresh flowers, freshly painted walls. We sat in the rear room under the skylight. I had the roasted branzino and it was excellent. I was disappointed it was served with risotto as I am not a fan of it, but was surprised and delighted by the way it tasted and complimented the fish. My husband had wild salmon roasted in phyllo and it too was delicious and cooked to perfection.
