In Perrilla I loved everything, the way customers are taken care of, the support from the waiters in terms of food & wine selection. Friendliness but no arrogance neither absence (which I have seen so far in different places).
Food excellent! Refined combination of flavours, tastes and colours, beautifully served.

In particular, the cauliflower agnolotti appetizer was wonderful. The charmoula rubbed branzino had such a different taste - so flavorful. The roasted all natural chicken that I ordered was cooked to perfection. We ordered all of the side dishes- an Indian cheese, a wonderful quinoa salad, an excellent farro risotto and the sauteed bok choy that had a bit of a spicy bite. And who would think you could have an entree of asparagus done in four different ways. My dessert was the "Take Five" sundae. OMG!! A delicious peanut butter ice cream with pretzel bits, dulce de leche, peanut pralines and chocolate fudge. The space is a narrow "railroad" style, and while there is a decent gap between tables it can still feel somewhat less than intimate. Quite the oposite happened. I loved the food!
I have to add that the prices were actually very good considering the quality of the final product.
Loved the fact that the carte was simple and manageable, I guess that also helps to find consistency in the final product throughout time.
Staff were very considerate when we keep phoning to postpone our reservation for later and later, and were not at all wanting to get over with service even when we arrived just around at kitchen closing time.

This village gem is outstanding. It isn't as formal or complex as the others but the food is inventive, perfectly prepared and sparkles with freshness. We had our 6 year old son with us and we all had a great time. I should note that our son does not usually eat off of a kid's menu. My wife had the duck and loved it and I had the special, which was a pork chop recommended by the waiter.
