A blend of restaurant and bar with an atmosphere true to Old Town Ballard. With a "Farm to Table" and a "Farm to Bar" base, Percy's focuses on local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients in both they cocktails and their food. The… food program is lead by Chef Dave Lamping, one of Seattle's up and coming young chefs to watch. His approach to food is unexpected while remaining very straight forward and approachable. The bar program, with its apothecary inspired libations incorporates seasonal produce, juices & purees made fresh daily and herbal tinctures in creating incredibly innovative cocktails by combining out of the ordinary ingredients and house infused spirits.
