The food was delicious... our table ordered lamb, beef Shashlik and seared Salmon. We all loved our entres. We did not love our appetizers, we all agreed they were only fair. beet with goat cheese. I had the braised lamb which
was absolutely the best lamb dish I have ever
tasted. We ordered the sautéed kale, roasted Brussel
sprouts and rosemary fries. Our server was terrific. We will

At first, (we were the first to arrive for brunch) the music was overpowering; however, as more people arrived, the music became less offensive. Perhaps other people asked that it also be lowered. Why is it that managers of restaurants insist on playing loud music and imposing their taste in music on others, especially for brunch?! It is becoming more and more difficult find a restaurant where the main purpose is to enjoy good food and good company. When I want to listen to music, I go to a place where listening to music is the main concern - and that is not to a restaurant.

the food is very interesting and tasty. and the wine list is adequate though a bit on the expensive side for ordinary wine.
i would recommend this restaurant without hesitation
my one caveat is that if you go on saturday night and want to talk make sure you finish your meal before about 10:00 as the bar scene and the music elevate at that time and it is difficult to have a conversation3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWe enjoyed everything at PeraWe enjoyed everything at Pera Soho. We will certainly return.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMSoho Gem, Not to Be MissedBeautiful and sophisticated restaurant with vibrant bar scene. Spacious dinning accommodations, especially for larger groups. Noise level was moderate, even as the bar became crowded. Food selection and preparation were first rate, although the small plate quantities, generally 3 pieces is at least 1 piece short for most groups. Wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and recommendations were terrific. All in all, a very satisfying experience.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
