While there was nice music playing along the street and the outdoor dining could have been wonderful, there were tenants from the "hotel/boarding facility" on the floors above who were rude. Hollering back and forth to people in the parking lot from the entry way of the "hotel". One woman literally interrupted our waitress while she was speaking with us.
