"Waiters were food enthusiasts. They were the most knowledgeable people I ever met when it came to meat, beer, and wine. They will absolutely blow you away with their enthusiasm for their menu items.

It is my new favorite steak house, which used to be Morton's. The meats we had were the best I ever had."

"Service was outstanding as was the food. Steaks were exceptional as were the seared scallops. As for the sides pass on the mac and chesse but brussel sprouts were great. $$$$$"

"Amazing..... I didn't think that restaurants like this existed in Boulder. The feel of the room and the professional service was remarkable. I usually have to go to Denver to get prime grade steak like this, but now I will save that gas money and go to The Pearl Street Steak Room. The Steaks were perfectly cooked, and the appetizers were very creative and not the traditional steakhouse fare. Thank you, I will be back...with friends."

"We thought we found a great place for steaks on Boulder but sad to say we were in for a disappointment. We didn't mind the high prices but the food was not that great and certainly not worth the cost. The filet was not a true filet and my steak was just okay.
Everything was priced separately and was just not worth it. The server tried very hard and he deserves credit for that. We will not be going back and will not recommend to family and friends. Too bad."

"We had dinner on a Saturday evening in early March so other diners may find the noise level different at other times. We enjoyed our dinner very much. My son raved about the Wagyu filet and the various sauces. My daughter thought the Caeser salad was the best she has ever had. The Tomahawk(Ribeye for two) was a bit too fatty for my husband and me but perhaps we did not fully understand what we were ordering. The sides were spectacular."
