"Loved my birthday at Pearl. What a nice find. Wasn't sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised and pleased. All the dishes we had were delicious. The meatballs, escargot, fish dish, it was all outstanding. It was also on a Sunday night which we found out while there it turns into a hot nightclub after 11pm with great music, that you get free instant entrance into when dining upstairs at the late hour we selected to. It looks like a heavily promoted night from the looks of all the people that appeared out of nowhere at 11pm. An unexpected fun time to say the least."

"I try to make it to Pearl whenever I'm visiting Miami Beach. As a New Yorker, you get used to certain standards in service and find that Pearl lives up to those standards better than most restaurants in the area. We made reservations for 10pm with the intent to stay for the after party. It wasn't crowded when we got there on a Sunday night, but by 11:30pm a bus load of people showed up and the party got started! The wait staff didn't rush us and were all very attentive. The food was delicious. I had the mushroom risotto (vegetarian) and my friend had the steak and mac&cheese which she said was delicious."

"It took 30 min from when we sat down and ordered to drinks to receive them.
Many excuses were made. Found the atmosphere odd--felt like we were in an Austin Powes scene.
Although menu included several global cuisines the selection was very minimal."

"The most rude place ever. I had a reservation on open table and called and spoke to Carla before I went to make sure there would be no problem with my reservation as I had a table at the Setai and I did not want to come over to Vita unless they were sure they could accommodate my reservation. Carla said no problem I see your reservation come over. The outside bouncer girl said they were too busy and "she could see I made my reservation on open table and they were too busy." I asked to speak to her manager who said they were too busy and I should come back another night WHICH I WILL NOT DO."

"Even thought the place was very vacant, our group of 8 had a wonderful time. The decor is right out of an Austin Powers movie. It's really fun and funky. The crab cupcakes and the steak were our favorite. The drinks were ok, more for show than taste. The staff was great super friendly and just the right amount of service."

"This was my first time at Pearl. Driving up is confusing since there are no signs on where to go. When we found the valet parkers, they said "we are not parking tonight". The ambiance is cool but the prices are a rip off ($10 for a bottle of water..please), the steak was the size of a tennis ball, we heard 4 crashes in the kitchen during our dinner and the service was slow. Top it off with a $300 bill for 3 people and this place has a lot of work ahead to stay afloat."
