They didn't keep the wine bottle on the table, but they also didn't watch closely if we need a refill,
so I had to wave for awhile to attract our waiter's attention. They brought very fresh bread, but i had to ask a waiter to bring an olive oil. PalmPBCatch is indeed a gem. Palm Beach needed another great restaurant and PBCatch fits the bill! When we arrived we were greeted with friendly enthusiasm and were immediately escorted to our table. (Nice to have our reservation time honored.) The menu has something for everyone and it was difficult to make a decision on what to order. A friend had recommended the sea bass so both ordered that. It was AMAZING!! We started with the jumbo lump crab for me and a caesar salad for my husband. Both were fresh and wonderful. The menu offered a variety of seafood dishes but a tuna roll on special was exceptionaly good. Then a skirt steak was another delicious surprise. The decor is upscale, contemporary, with woods reminiscent of nautical theme. Our server was attentive but not overbearing, and she knew the menu and informed us of the specials and happy hour at the bar. They make a great Martini. The menu changes daily based on fresh catch. My wife and I shared a tuna roll which was incredibly fresh and loaded with tuna. Our entries (covina with risotto, tripletail with yellow saffron rice) were delicately prepared with nice presentation and were scrumptious.
