"As I was meeting with long-time friends who I haven't seen in awhile, this turned out to be the perfect place. This newer restaurant in what used to be a somewhat run-down bar has wonderful ambiance and the decor was very trendy yet comfortable. Our waiter was excellent -- he was professional and not pushy -- with several great suggestions. We had a nice relaxing dinner with plenty of time to catch up on old news over drinks, delicious calamari, and a fantastic pasta dish made with fresh veggies. We'll definitely make this one of our favorite local dining establishments."

"Pazzo's was not terrible, (except for my wife's entree which was nearly inedible). It's not very expensive. You have to watch what you order. It was a little disconcerting to have the waiter call me senor rather than signore in an Italian restaurant. He also brought the entrees before the appetizer we had chosen to split. When we pointed out the mistake, he took the entrees back. The appetizer was pretty good (eggplant something or other). In a pinch we'd go back there, but it wouldn't be a top pick."

"Went for a business lunch, I chose it since it's in very close proximity to our office. That is a definite plus. I had the spinach, candied walnut, apple, and cranberry salad with chicken. It was pretty bland, and the dressing was just walnut oil I believe. The chicken was a little dry. But service was very good, and they kept the water glasses and soda glasses filled. The french bread with olive oil and parmesan on the table was yummy though, and that's enough for me to try again. I would guess the more italian style entrees would be better. All in all I think it's worth trying, and the location is good because there are not that many eat in restaurants around here."

"When I saw the outside/ neighborhood, I was a little worried, but don't be. The decor is pleasant surprise. We had a nice meal before heading to the ballet."

"I took my clients (7 of us) here for a dinner and was not disappointed. The food was good, classic Italian with fresh ingredients and done well, but not exceptional. The presentation, however was lovely and I commend the staff who plate the food. The meal was enjoyable and our server was attentive, even though he was dealing with a party three times our size in an adjacent area. The torre di melazane (eggplant stack) appetizer was scrumptious. My chicken scaloppine was also good. Portions are huge, good prices. I recommend for lunches/dinners with clients, or pre-theater dinners."
