Diner Reviews
  • "I wanted to take my two teenage boys to dinner and needed some place with a lively scene - well, this place had it! The food was "fine" nothing more than that, but the wait staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for us."

  • " 1- We sat on the upper level outside where a number of heat lamps existed but were not working. According to our server they haven't worked for years. What's the point of having them on display? It shows a disregard for customer comfort not to make the effort and investment to repair. 2- Lights were out on the steps descending from the upper outside level to the inner restaurant (to restrooms and exit). It's extremely difficult to see the steps without a light at night and specifically one was out where the staircase makes a 90 degree turn. An accident waiting to happen. Again, showing disregard for customer comfort and in this instance customer safety."

  • "Once again I decided to check out the pastas. I ordered one as an appetizer and one as a dinner. It was absolutely delicious. The shrimp in the mushroom cream sauce was OUTSTANDING! And then sea scallops were melt in your mouth amazing!"

  • "My husband and I went to Pazzo Pazzo for our weekly date night. The patio is beautiful. Music was good, nice funky beat to it. Staff was polite but a bit slow. Food was very good. Just don't use the ladies room if you can avoid it. It was smelly and there was garbage and toilet paper on the floor. I felt I needed to wash my hands twice before I returned to my dinner."

  • "Dined on the patio and it was a lovely evening. The atmosphere is upbeat and the patio is gorgeous. The food was very good as well."
    Dined on 7/12/2014
  • "The service was slower than slow. How long does it take to boil water for kids's pasta and put salads on plates? No explanation or apologies until we spoke to the manager privately, who explained what had happened."
    Dined on 6/24/2014
  • "The food was OUTSTANDING. I have never tasted such amazing scallops and their pastas were out of this world!"

  • "I'd been here for lunch & for after-work drinks years ago & enjoyed it. This time we were two couples for dinner. Sat outdoors; periodic smell of dirty sidewalk. Told server we only had 1.5 hrs, as we needed to make a show, yet VERY slow service. Took our order starting with my husband (not ladies first?). Ordered 3 appetizers, one arrived 10 minutes after the others. When entrees finally arrived, one was wrong. Server gave us a glass of wine & a dessert along with apology for the kitchen's errors. When bill came, we were charged for the incorrect entree. And so on. Needless to say, we didn't get done in 1.5 hrs."

  • "4 of us had dinner in the outdoor area on a Tuesday night in June. A great selection of specialty drinks. All those we tried were great. The table for 4 was very small - could have used a bigger table. We parked in the Headquartes parking deck accross the street."

  • "Ambience and food was great. The service was terrible and the music too loud."
    Dined on 6/14/2014
  • "The music was extremely loud even for outside dining, our party was 4 people and we had to lean over the table to hear each other talk. The service was horrible, at one point our waitress asked us if we would like coffee, tea or cappuccino and to see the dessert menu we hadn't even received our entrees."

  • "The first thing I would like to say is that the restaurant is in good location among other restaurants directly across from a hotel and a parking garage in Morristown. The area that they set aside for our group was adequate and there was room enough for everyone. There were times that it appeared that the wait staff were overwhelmed by the size of our group as at times it took a while for one to make it to our table. The food was good and the only issue I had with the food was the portion sizes. I felt for the price we were paying there simply should have been more. Overall the restaurant is a good one and I would possibly return."

My friend and I both had a special -salmon which we both agreed was delicious. It was very quiet, but it was early. I would go back again and recommend it."

  • "The food was good with a lot of choices, however the food was served tepid. The atmosphere was fun and energetic but the food needs to be served hot."

  • "From rhe aervice where they got everything wrong on our orders and food was not good. Their pizzas are only good thing on menu and drinks are good. "

  • "We went for Mothers Day brunch and had a great table outside. The service was not very good. We did not get water until asking several times and our drinks took a very long time. Our waitress never brought us bread as the tables all around us had. Also, the draft beer selection was out because of an issue with their lines. We were looking forward to a summer beer but had to settle on a bottled one. Despite that, we had a nice meal and a lovely mothers day, the service was definitely off but if the food is good I can't complain."

  • "My husband and I went to Pazo Pazo on a Friday evening. The outside bar was clean and had a great happy hour selection. After a drink we ordered dinner and sat outside. They had ample heaters on a cool night and the service was good. The menu is not cheap but you receive ample portions for what you pay. My husband had the filet and I had gulf shrimp with risotto. We would come again."

  • "Bit pricey, but great ambience for a special occasion."

  • "Our food was good. The three cheese polenta was delicious. the outdoor seating is FABULOUS. it is early in the season but we were comfortable with the heater. Drink menu is quite extensive, so it is a lot of fun. My only complaint would be that inside on Saturday night the noise level would have been uncomfortable. Good thing we were sitting outside!!"

  • "Food and drinks were delicious but very expensive. The red sangrias were $12 each. For 2 people with no appetizers or dessert and 3 drinks total, the bill was $100!"
    Dined on 4/5/2014
  • "This restaurant used to be pretty good, but the last two times have been disastrous. The place is empty on Friday nights, the music is bad playlist from novice DJ, and the food is essentially reheated frozen dinners. The service is spotty and there has been a leak in the roof for more than a few months. Place will likely close sighing 6 months. Don't bother trying to keep it open. Find another ace in Morristown."

  • "The wait for the food was so long and a dish of olives and butter was brought to the table without bread, when I finally asked for bread, I was told we don't have anymore and they pt butter on the plate by accident. We had numerous people waiting on us, but no one really concerned for us. We were asked if we wanted bottled water or tap water, when I said bottled please, a $7 bottle of sprinkling water was brought to the table, which I was never told about. I thought they meant poland springs! Too bad because the food was excellent! We just couldn't talk to one another it was so loud and the service was really bad!"

  • "I was at Pazzo Pazzo for a business dinner. The food was good, the ambience was lively and generally had a good experience all around. The only detractors were that it was a bit loud in the main dining room on an evening when it was no more than 25% of capacity and I felt a bit rushed. Granted with the less foot traffic that evening, it could have simply been a function of not being busy enough."

  • "The food was So So. Shrimp overcooked, pasta and arugala was bland and the bread, let say not fresh"
    Dined on 3/18/2014
  • "The food was average for the price. It was very loud. Difficult to hear because of out of place club music blasting from the bar area. On a good note, the pizza was excellent and the service was very good."

  • "We went here for a friends birthday and it was perfect. The food was great and reasonably priced. We were not stuffed in a corner somewhere there was ample space between tables and waiter was very attentive."

  • "I made a reservation with Pazzo Pazzo through open table. Earlier in the day from my reservation they called to confirm my reservation. I was late to my reservation and still accommodated to seating quickly. We had been placed near the bar. Service was not that good one of the bartenders was supposed to be our waitress but then it got busy and we were almost forgotten. But this very nice man who was a host or manager tried to assist. This second person was amazing and although he was running around he really tried to take care of us. The food was good the appetizer was small. Also my reservation said I would have sparkling wine and a long stem rose and never received these."

  • "Given the hype, we were disappointed in the experience here. The best aspect of the meal was the service, although whether it was because we were just about the only patrons for most of the meal or it was genuine remains an undecided issue. The food was fair with the pasta being over cooked and the Mahi Mahi being overly seasoned. The wine list is satisfactory although a bit on the high side. It is questionable as to whether we will go back again."

  • "This was the first time I had dinner at this restaurant. I met friends there that I had not seen in quite some time and was looking forward to catching up on things. The food was fantastic. The martini menu was abundant, as was the wine list. The service was very good. The only problem we had was that we could not hear each other speak. The noise level was way too loud!"

    Dined on 12/31/2013
  • "First, let me start with the positives. I liked the ambiance. Felt like I walked into a club but it wasn't overly loud. We loved our first dishes. The grilled vegetables were really good and my husband got a seafood pasta dish which he liked. The problem was with the mains. I ordered the Osso Bucco which I love (first time was in place Florence...high standard to meet, I know) but not this time. It was awful. The sauce was the issue (had a smoky flavor which turned me off) and the risotto side dish was tasteless. $40 down the drain. What a disappointment. My husband got the steak which was okay. Lastly, places shouldn't try to short cut sangria mixing pineapple juice and wine. I will go back for those vegetables, though."
