The appetizers were good and the main entrees OUTSTANDING.....The chocolate cake was the best, however I wouldn't reorder the cheese cake. This restaurant is part of a group which prides itself on quality food and experiences"

The food was remarkable! We tried a variety of their offerings, including, the mussels appetizer, the polla vodka penne, veal picatta, and veal marsala. Everything was prepared to perfection. We will definitely be back."

  • "We booked our reservation on Trip Advisor through Open Table. I mentioned that it was our Wedding Anniversary and requested an outside table. The table was beautifully decorated with rose petals and two roses. The staff was simply amazing starting with the hostess (who decorated our table), the friendly waiter, the chef who prepared fabulous food and the Manager who graciously accepted our high appraisal of the staff. It was truly an amazing evening! Thank you again."

My wife had the grouper which was good but too much lemon sauce, I had the paradelle dish which had cream sauce instead of meat sauce, Service was very good. Overall a nice Italian restaurant, but nothing overally special that I would want to return to for awhile."

  • "We returned after a three-year absence to see if things had improved. Unfortunately, they have not. The service was poor; our waitress had an overly friendly manner and used the royal we. How are "we" tonight. A good Restuarant would train people and ensure that they use proper grammar. We never established mutual respect and that complicated the entire experience. The white wine was warm, the decor is old and shabby, the ceiling is dirty old tiles and the cloth structure over the bar is a dust collector from another era, and the light fixtures are old and very ugly. They put us at a table near a platform where they stored water pictures and we were constantly disturbed by staff. If was a terrible experience and we will not return."

  • "Pazzo is always a place for us to eat. We sometimes go 2 or 3 times in one week when in Florida. This time however was different. We ordered our food. We were not told of specials. Waiter seemed to be too busy and a little clumsy. When the food came out, my husband's tagliatelle bolongese was so spicy hot he could not eat it. They did take it but said that there isn't much that doesen't have the hot pepper in it. They brought him pasta with red sauce. They credited the main dish and charged 25.00 for p;ain pasta. The cozze nero, another favorite was bland and also hot. The couple sitting next to us said their dishes were very hot also and they usually like spicy."

  • "Rebeca and Remina greeted us warmly when we got to Pazzos. The staff at Pazzos were terrific and the food was delicious. The pasta dishes that Our server Milo recommended were great. After reading a few reviews about the service I was a bit hesitant going in. After my experience I would definitely recommend dinner at Pazzos. The general manager Dana Wilson even stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you Pazzos for a great night with my family while on spring break in naples. See you next year!"

  • "This restaurant was in a great location, very inviting feel from the outside, clean looking, well decorated, great menu. Sounds like this place was great, well it would have been if it wasn't for the I could care less about you attitude from the waiter. He was rude when we were just about done eating and my wife asked him to see if there was two seats at the bar, that we would let someone else have our table because people were waiting to be seated. He stood there and laughed at her and said you have to be kidding. Couldn't even crack a smile through the whole dinner. So, needless to say not much of a tip for him. Have to give the chef thumbs up, food was wonderful."

  • "We have been here twice now on two vacations, both times bringing family. The first time was good, good food and good service. This time service was lacking. They tried to serve a less expensive wine to my husband for what he ordered on the menu. Luckily he caught it and low and behold they found the right one. Half of our meals were overlooked...warming do not order their signature $40 dinner ...overlooked. Waitress could have used some extra help, too many large tables and she did not seem to know enough yet to be working the floor. So many delicious restaurants in Naples, wait for this to turn itself back to what it was a few years ago."

  • "Have been to this restaurant many times and the food and service have always been very good. The bar is always busy and vibrant. If the weather permits you may want to try and sit outside if you want to experience the energy of the people. The noise level in the restaurant was somewhat high. You do not want to sit at the back of the restaurant as that is where all the cooking goes on and does not make for a pleasant experience. I also think that for the most part everything on the menu was pricy, but that could be because it is "season" with lots of tourists and many restaurants increase their pricing. Not sure of this but seems so. But for very good food and service you just bite the bullet."

  • "My early expectations of dinning on 5th for several years was that the quality of food did not live up to the prices being offered on the menu. Well that changed during a party of 8 visit, for a 7:30PM dinner time at Pazzo. Maybe the Italian eatery, with a "crazy" name is not so crazy after all. The service was impeccable and our wait staff was very knowable about the way the plates were created and the elements that went into making them. The "specials" offered by the staff and ordered by our table were as described to us, and I recommend them highly. The selection of wine was excellent and the Brunello along with the house wine hit the spot. I definitely will be back with other groups of family and friends."

  • "We have eaten at Pazzo before and have always liked it. We brought guests there and one of them who ate seafood and shell fish was violently ill in the wee hours of the morning. While we can't be absolutely sure it was the food, we are concerned. The rest at the diner were fine as was the food, however they did not select the same dinner."

Our waiter Justin was good, but forgot to give us bread, and we had to ask for ice 3 times before he remember to bring it to the table. He was told that one person in the party was allergic to garlic and he did ask the cook what dish he recommended and the chef was kind enough to prepare a pasta dish."

  • "Had dinner Sunday night at Pazzo, where we had dined before. We had reservations, of course, but were greeted by the two least welcoming hostesses I have ever seen. Not a smile from either of them. We were shown to a nice enough table for 4. Our waiter seemed harried from the beginning to end. We had to ask for water refills and for additional bread. Service was prompt enough and the food was good for the other three. My pasta, veal, sausage and broccoli rabe was a nice idea spoilt by the pasta!! which was the thickest bow-tie pasta imaginable! Would have been a good dish is the pasta had been made correctly. Waiter brought the bill before we asked for it. For this kind of money GO ELSEWHERE! This staff is burned out!!"
