  • "My mom and I went to here for a pre-theater dinner and they delivered. I loved the Salmon and my mom liked her lasagna. We also ordered tiramisu and it was excellent. The service was on point. They had a 2 for 1 wines which we didn't know about. It was a little on the loud side, but the service and good compensatt We will return soon."

  • "We were visiting from New Orleans for the first time. We come from a foodie city, this is the best Italian food we had in New York City. The food was presented very well, smelled and tasted delicious. The server we had was awesome. Overall, the whole thing was very nice."

  • "Love the pizzas here. Always changing my favorite, but lately it has been the pizza di enzo. It's a margarita pizza with a bunch of raw arugula topped off with thin cut slices of prosciutto and they offer a spicy olive oil that is just perfect with it. All of the pizzas are great in their own way. Who can forget the two for one martini deal which goes all night. The blood orange and passion fruit are my favorite, but one of my favorite servers there offered us a blueberry and jalapeno one that they had special that week and I could not resist. Spicy and sweet, they should have it every week. Still doing things right in midtown."

  • "Had a Caesar salad. It was beautifully prepared and appeared to be a head of romaine lettuce layered with dressing and topped with toasted Parmesan cheese. Anchovies and kalamata olives were on the side. The Calabrese pizza (pepperoni) and the margharita pizza were delicious. Super thin and crispy crust. Square pizzas full of flavor. Not bad on the price side. The wine list appeared to have a verity of wines. My friend and I enjoyed it very much. The service was friendly and attentive. We will come back to try more food."

  • "Enjoyed the food and the service was very good. The noise was ridiculous. The bar scene was very energetic, but having tables right next to it is not a good idea."

  • "My wife & I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at this midtown Italian restaurant. I love Italian food & it is done well here. Working in midtown, my wife comes here sometimes after work for the 2 for 1 martinis. They are tasty & will loosen you up. But the real love is in the food. We shared a portabello mushroom pizza as an appetizer that was delicious. For entrees, we had a penne vodka pasta & a mushroom risotto. They were incredible & such big portions. We left full, but happy. We will definitely be back sooner than our next anniversary."

  • "Great informal restaurant with the perfect balance of fun and delicious! We were there on 2 for 1 martinis and really enjoyed the special. The pizzas were thin (as we like them) and able to be shared."

  • "I consider this place one of my 2 "cheers" spots; where everybody knows your name! What more can I say!-- happy hours daily, great bartenders, music, TV for sports and the food .. Nom Nom!!"

  • "Food is always delicious and consistent - excellent place for drinks & cocktails with many "two for one" choices. Been there many times and keep going back. Never had a bad experience. Just one thing - the noise level is kind of high."

  • "my colleague and i were in town for work and the hotel staff recommended pazza notte - which was conveniently one block from our hotel. it was very busy and the tables are so close to one another so it was hard to have a quiet or private conversation. the food was ok - unique flatbreads. amazing bruschetta. our waiter was kind, but we rarely saw him. overall this place is just ok. nothing special and probably won't visit when i'm in town again."

  • "Used to be my favorite restaurant in NYC. Looked forward to 2 for 1 martinis -- they were not as good as before--kind of weak. They took the wild mushroom pasta off the menu -- my favorite. Disappointed because I expected great."

  • "While the food (watermelon salad was delicious) and service great, they could not make up for the noise level. Could not have a normal conversation - perhaps lunchtime would be better."

  • "Haven't been here in years! But that was then, when the food was good enough to overlook the BAD service. So we went back for a favorite oldie, Papardelle, Mushrooms and Truffle Oil. Sadly, no longer on the menu... But some things never change. The moment we were seated, we realized that (GASP!), the service still sucked! Unfortunately, for us, the food sucked too. We ordered Mussels but sent them back because they smelled awful. Our Penne Vodka never came, and only after flagging down our lousy waiter, he placed the order; 20 addtnl minutes later, we received reheated, burnt Penne Vodka. Too many Italian restaurants in NYC to deal with noisy crowded, restaurants with zero customer service. I'd rather pay for full price martinis!"

  • "We were a group of 7, loved the food and the drinks (both the happy hour and the quality of the drinks). Server was not good, very poor service probably because he knew he didn't have to work for his tip. Nice Italian restaurant otherwise."

  • "There was no air conditioning except in the back, which is a small area, and those tables were table. Very noisy restaurant and the food is mediocre."

  • "I have gone to Pazza Notte quite a few times and they never disappoint. This restaurant is not recommended for a first date due to thenoise level but for everything else it is great. The food is fresh and the service is great. My fave fish is the shrimp scampi pasta which you can also get with whole wheat penne. Love the two for one martinis and they are always strong!"

  • "Delicious, hearty food at very good prices. I had the sliced chicken dish, which was lovely--white wine sauce, excellent side salad, lovely bread and a nice big glass of wine, all for under 30. I had plenty left over to take with me, after eating a very full meal. Great service, and very welcoming for a diner eating alone, (which is not always the case with busy places)."

  • "love this place for happy hour! lively scene, great music, service is never really that attentive but for 2 for $13 martinis you can give a little slack. may sound strange but the fries are my favorite part of the menu! SO amazing! best truffle fries ever! never had a bad meal, but mainly come here for post-work drinks."

  • "Fantastic bartenders and staff. Pizza was delish as was the tuna tartar, very fresh. Awesome 2 for 1 martini's...try the peach!"

  • "For more than 15 years my wife and I have been looking for an Italian restaurant in the Times Square/Rockefeller Center area that was worth going to. "Pazza Notte" is the best Italian restaurant I've been to in NYC without going to Little Italy. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Parmesan, & I devoured their Lasagna, both obviously made from scratch, both homemade in preparation and in flavor. Our soups were terrific, as were the cannolis w/chocolate chips. Superb! We'll be back!"

  • "I was so excited to find my favorite dish, Beef Carpaccio on the specials list! Unfortunately, it was drowning in aoli, but once I scraped it off, it was delicioso! The vegetable side dishes are awesome, and the truffle fries are amazing!"

  • "This was a Thursday night about 8:00 and it was so crowded we were very happy to have a reservation (thank you Open Table). The food was good, we both had a pasta dish; and the pizzas looked pretty nice going by. The noise level was so high, however, it precluded any conversation at all, so we did not linger. In fact, as soon as we were seated I was already looking forward to leaving. It may have been quieter in the back. I would go back to sample the pizza, but would ask for a different table."

  • "My wife and went while in NYC. We were looking for a nice spot to enjoy the weekend with out the kids. We found the service to be very good, the food was excellent and the gentleman playing the piano was very good. Overall we had a very pleasant dining experience."

  • "Food is fair to good, and given the dearth of restaurants in this price range in the area, there is an appeal to this place. Atmosphere is ok. The pizza is not bad. I would probably return, but wouldn't run back."

  • "It's hard to beat those two for one martinis, and the delicious individual pizzas, that are wonderfully thin crust and superbly seasoned. They missed a "very good" in the service category this time because although I'd made the reservation and even confirmed it, when I first walked in they couldn't find it and said there was no such reservation. Once I insisted and told them they'd even left me a message on my cell phone to confirm it, they located it - and they were nice about it. I had fresh fish, which was excellent."

  • "Somehow my Open Table reservation was honored by Pazza Notte, Open Table didn't know that I was there on time. Took lots of phone calls to restaurant and Open Table to change that I had been listed by OT as cancelled. Food is terrific. My table mate says "This will be the restaurant to go to for City Center and Carnegie Hall"."

  • "Pazza Notte was excellent. My girlfriend and i went there for valentines day and it was exceptional. This place was always crowded so we were always hesitant to try but we made reservations to finally go. Our reservations were for 8:30 and we got there at 8:05 and were seated. The inside is cozy but not tight. The ambience is warm. They have a nice restaurant and a live dj playing music. Not only is it good for dinner but just like a get together with friends. Definitely would reccomend and would go back."

  • "I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. We had tickets for City Centre and I had a reservation for 4 people for 6:30. The restaurant was very crowded with a large walk-in clientele. 2 of us arrived 15 minutes early and they wouldn't seat us until our entire party arrived. At 6:30, when the remaining 2 members arrived, there was no table for us. The hostess said that she had given our table to walk-in groups as they were there and our entire table was not present at that time. We had to wait another 15 minutes for a table, making it a very rushed meal as we had an 8:00 curtain. The room we were finally seated in was so noisy that we could not even talk to each other"

  • "Terrible hostess. Asked politely for a corner table so I could catch up with a friend and we were taken to a cramped table. Asked for a booth and was told no. Bare in mind the restaurant was empty. Asked to be moved from the cramped table and the hostess blatently sneered at me, rolled her eyes and begrudgingly moved us. Totally unprofessional. However lunch saved by Betsy our wonderful waitress."

  • "There was nothing special about this place. But at the same time it wasn't bad at all. 2 for 1 martinis and some wines. The service was fine, the food was fine. Lots of people here on a Friday night. That after work give me martinis kind of crowd. If someone took me back here I would happily return."
