Though we have only been there half a dozen times, the staff and management make you feel like your visiting old friends. Add to that truly fantastic food and you've got a true gem. Our 2 couples (one from Rockland county and the other from Nassau county) met halfway in the Morris Park section of the Bronx. The recommendation and reviews did not disappoint. The service and food could satisfy the pickiest of diners. All of our entrees were well prepared: veal, pasta, and seafood. The service was great!! Joe our waiter was awesome! He was patience, offered great food suggestions, pleasant and charming. Everyone at the table rated the food, service and ambiance a 10 plus. We all highly recommend this place and would diffiently come back if we are in the area again. The place is beautiful,rustic, and very inviting. I and my date loved the exposed brick, we also love the picture window into the kitchen with the wood burning stainless steel pizza oven, curtain surrounded cheifs table, talk about high drama. This place is a pleasant surprise for the bronx. I can not say enough about the delicious food, soo good! The food not only tastes great it's a feast for the eyes! I loved the casual easy atmosphere.
