For it to be a New Orleans themed restaurant, the food leaves something to be desired. I have tasted better Cajun food out of a Zataran's box. The service was horrible, he waitress never came to refill our drinks, the waiter that brought our food spilled some of it on his shirt and had the nerve to serve it to us, as if I didnt see him spill it on his shirt, and the plate had sauce spilled over the side. I had to ask for a replacement and for refills. Stay away if you desire good service. By the way, the man at the piano bar was good.

Went for the food and drink, didn't realize it was a dueling pianos restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised and entertained. Food was good and service wasn't bad considering our server was shorthanded at the time. Either that or the pianos drew my attention away. Jumbalaya was good, and beware of the strong Hurricane drinks. Only gripe was that my $5 song request tip to the piano players was taken and then I never got to hear my song as a result of the piano player shift change. I made an Open Table reservation for 6 PM at 5:52 PM. For some reason the host was discouraging seating in the main room, but let my party right in after she saw I had a reservation. Open Table for the win.

This I would have to say was one of my worst dining experiences on City Walk. The service was average but the atmosphere was way to much. The piano players/singers were so LOUD that we couldn't even have a conversation with the person sitting next to us.I was also very disappointed when I requested to have them say Happy Birthday to m daughter when the host said in order for the entertainment to do that we have to tip the. Umm ok. Also why would I automatically have to pay 18% tip on my bill when the server was not good. It shouldn't be mandatory period... Bad place won't go again and won't recommend either.

I was a bit confused as to whether this bar was meant to be Irish or deep-south themed, but maybe that's because I'm from the UK. Despite this, my wife and I had a really entertaining evening. We arrived at 7 so got to listen to a great solo pianist/singer while we ate, and then about 45 minutes of the duelling pianos while we stayed for a drink. The musicians were of a high standard, if not stellar, and got everyone involved as they played requests. The good was also of a high standard - we shared a jambalaya dish between us, then shared a portion of cheesecake, and felt very satisfied, if not stuffed (but that was the point of sharing). A really enjoyable evening, highly recommended if you'd like live music with your dinner.

She was always there getting anything you needed and so so friendly. After some less than stellar service we received at other universal restaurants, she was a breath of fresh air! Was very disappointed in the atmosphere, not really Irish. Piano player doesn't play Irish music. We were so disappointed that we decided not to eat there & just finished the drinks we ordered. Speaking of drinks, any place I have ordered a special drink & the glass comes with it they always give me a clean wrapped glass. Here I was expected to take home a dirty glass & only given a thin box to put it in with no other protection. My husband's beer also tasted watered down. I also should have looked more closely at the online menu since there seemed to be more Cajun food offered than Irish for an "Irish Pub" name. We will not be back.

My wife and I were disappointed I'm the food and drinks. The ambiance was nice sitting outside in a courtyard, and the server Matty was attentive and pleasant. The Po Boy had tiny, Kroger style cheap breaded shrimp, a horrible grocery store roll instead of a baguette, and mediocre seasoned fries. The breading on the fish and chips was soggy and greasy and the fish was strong and not good. Both drinks had very. Little alcohol, a disappointment since we asked for premium calls at $10 each. Overall, a mediocre experience.

My wife and I were dining to celebrate her birthday before going to see the Blue Man Group. As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were impressed with the theme of the place and were seated in the piano room. Our server Matty was extremely polite and even gave us a history of the restaurant. We ordered the Hurricane drink and we both loved it immediately. And the food was some of the best things I've ever had. We are already planning to go back sometime soon.

We should have known when there were only 4 other tables in use that we weren't in for much. It was dark inside and we were escorted to a small table. There was a piano player who had personality but the singing was terrible. It did give us something to laugh about. The food was u. Fish and chips was good not too greasy. The best part of the meal was the Bag O’ Beignets served with chocolate sauce. We would not go back again though.

They brought out my bill for $89.00 which did not include two entrees, so I asked that they add the two entrees to the bill. They ran the first bill and charged my card $89 which I didn't know, then applied all those same charges to the new bill that included the 2 entrees (total of $125) and ran it. So they billed me twice and I have yet to get a refund!

This was the most disappointing experience we had here at Universal. I wish we had gotten up and left. The music was wretched, the atmosphere even worse. The server was very nice, but I'm afraid that wasn't enough to save the experience. The food left a lot to be desired...will never go back there. There were 3 tables occupied in the entire dining room, including ours, during our meal. Maybe outdoor dining would have been better?? Ugh....
