"I didn't realize it would be a buffet when we booked the reservation , and , typical of buffets, the food was poor. The omelets we ordered on the side were delicious though and the drinks were good."

"Family went their for Easter Brunch. The manager was very gracious and accommodating. Our reservation was followed up with a call from the restaurant. We added a potential guest and they were very gracious When we got there our table was reserved with our name and we even we able to switch to a table by the window. Buffet was very good, nice selection. You could also special order eggs. Very nice experience."

"Our reservations were at 6:30pm and by the time we ordered they were out of the special entrees we wanted off the "special dinner selections". They were out of wine by a glass we wanted. They could tell we had a heard time picking something off this "special" menue. I wish they would have allowed kus to substitute something from the main menu. My dinner guest had a lobster/steak dinner and the steak was impossible to cut. It was incredible loud, which I had read on Yelp, so that is my fault. Our waiter had no "personality". With all the people out of work, I am sure they could hire people who clearly would love to work and be with people.
If it would have been a warm night, I think eating outside would have been nice."

"We have eaten here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The Minestrone is good. There pasta dishes range from light to traditional. My favorite is the Butternut Squash Ravioli. We even had a wedding rehearsal dinner here for a group of about 30. They handled everything just right. They are on Main St. in Downtown with a big picture window and it is fun to people watch as you eat. They have a nice wine list, and often have some nice specials! We highly recommend you give Pasta's a try."

"Poor service, 25 minutes before our waiter came to our table, waited 30 minutes before our appetizers came (2 tables around us that were seated after were eating their entrees) had to complain twice to hostess as she apologized but didn't improve service, food was cold by the time our dinner was served and at that point we just wanted out of there as it was 1.5 hours in . Too many other good restaurants in downtown Pleasanton to waste money here. My recommondation if you dine here is try to get seated by windows as the people seated there were not only served faster but the owner and hostess seemed to come by and talk with them as though they cared,"
