We live in Orlando and have eaten at Pastamore many times. It is usually very good, but sometimes (like during this trip), the kitchen gets backed up and it takes a while for the food to come out. The kids buffet is a good option, with pizza, ziti, chicken fingers, fruit and veggies, corn on the cob, etc.

We had a nice meal with great service. Lasagna good not great. Meatballs not the best but ok. Spaghetti and chicken park very good. Bread with roasted garlic dip awesome as well as the salmon entree. Kids and adults will be happy. Prices are reasonable considering location. Would definaty eat here again.

For a restaurant in a theme park area, Pastamore suited our needs just fine. Nothing special, but adequate. Warm and yummy breads with olive oil were brought to us quickly. The waiter was accessible and quick to refill water glasses without prompting. We ordered the appetizer trio of fried ravioli, calimari & spinach/artichoke dip. The calamari was tasteless & rubbery, the ravioli was satisfactory, but the dip was very good. Next tme, we would just order the dip; it was loaded with spinach. We really liked the availability of half portions for many of their selections. I had the eggplant parm and the half was plenty, as was the half pasta primavera for my daughter. Both entrees were good. A special buffet was provided for kids.

We liked the restaurant. We were there on the off season (January) so it wasn't crowded. The food was very good and felt the price was reasonable for what you got. It was nice to have a separate kids buffet for picky little eaters. The server made a very nice suggestion for a wine that was very well priced and delicious. The only downside is the server was very slow to service us. There were giant gaps in time between seeing her. It took a while to get served initially ...the drinks took a long time...her coming back to take our order took a long time....the food itself came out in a reasonable time but the checking back on us again .. took a long time. The place was NOT busy at all so we couldn't figure out what was going on.

nothing impressive. nothing great. very bland atmosphere and food, as well. our server came to our table only 2 times after she took our drink order: to drop of the waters we ordered 30 minutes and to drop off the courtesy bread, which arrived less than 2 minutes before our bruschetta. the highlight of the evening was the bruschetta delivery. very charming how it is a presentation and the taste is outstanding. however, our meals were bland. if you're going to have such a big presentation of an appetizer, you'd expect something even better for the meal. instead it was only brought out by a cook who didn't even ask if we needed anything with it. very overpriced. very boring food. very boring staff.

Food - one pasta dish was good; the others were not (particularly the risotto, which was just broth with undercooked rice). Shrimp dishes had only 4 shrimp each (my kids counted and were disappointed). Dessert was good. Smaller portions than similar restaurants. Service - friendly, but service became very slow, and waiter never checked on us again, when restaurant got more crowded.

Great Italian for a very good price. Probably the most reasonably priced place on City Walk. Table was on time and the kids buffet for $10 was a great plus since they could start eating right away and choose from a variety of kid-friendly meals.

I have been there before and the service is never great. Not bad but be prepared to wait 10 minutes before you even see a server. My friend, expecting a baby, waited 10 minutes with an empty water glass and had to flag down a passing busser to get water. The food was good if you think that the Olive Garden is good which I believe it is but you would never spend so much at the Olive Garden. I ordered the full plate of shrimp scampi which was a rather small portion for 18.95 The shrimp were small and I think that they have gotten even smaller since our last visit over a year ago. Our bill for four people was $90.00 Final word leave Universal Studios and visit Carabba's across the street. Better food, service, ambiance, overall value.

After spending all day enjoying Universal Studios and Harry Potter park, we decided to go to CityWalk and watch a movie, before entering the theater I went on line and made the dinner reservations using Open Table.com ( for 8 at 7:15pm ). We finished the movie and our table was ready without waiting and we had a wonderful time. definetely a must come back.

This restaurant is one of the quieter places in CityWalk but that doesn't mean it is dull. Seated quickly and at a comfy table inside, as outdoors was full. Lots of choices on the menu with reasonable prices. We had chicken marsala, chicken parmesan and gnocchi. Large portions, all very tasty. Lots of dessert choices also. Service was a little slow, especially as the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, but the food was definitely worth waiting for. Nice bread basket with olive oil for dipping. Good choice for families.

We ate at this restaurant after a long day of the theme park and enjoyed it very much. The service was great, the food delicious, and the price just right. Best of all is the location as it is located directly in between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. After eating dinner we hit the parks for a few more hours. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant itself was loud and busy - what you would expect just outside an amusement park. The inside is kind of boring and is full of families. The kids Buffett was not very good although the adult meals were fine. Our service was good. If you are looking for a "grown up" dinner - look elsewhere. If you are trying to get you larger family fed reasonably - this will work.

The restaurant is very modern and contemporary looking for an Italian restaurant. The service was excellent and the bread basket choices that came complimentary to the table was very tasty. The lasagna was not my favorite and came out luke warm. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. For a touristy spot, this restaurant was not as pricey as the others which is nice when feeding a family.

I found this restraunt to be just so-so. The appetizer was delicious but then the main meal was just bland. The children's buffet was less than desirable and aside from standard chicken tenders, my children had a hard time finding things that actually tasted good. I think in all, I played it safe with this reservation and would have prefered something a bit more of an *experience* considering the location and atmosphere of CityWalk.

We choose this for a special celebration of a 65th birthday, mentioned it in the reservation, but had a hard time getting the waiter's attenion to have a little surprise at dessert, so i decided to just skip it and have dessert elsewhere.... Their loss. (They actually had no problem fussing over some girls who were obviously friends of a heavy set chef, that might edplain the issue.)

We had a party of 8, and it was great to be at one of the Orlando parks and easily lock in a reservation for a party of that size. The kids buffet was ideal for them. All of the adult entrees were fine, good but not great. They did help us celebrate two birthdays with chocolate cake plated on a beautifully decorated plates (hand wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate and other touches). Much better than the average cattle call burger line leading up to the fight for you table atmosphere of most park eateries.
