It's in interesting idea: no menus and the food just keeps coming. The waitresses plop spoonfuls of pasta, meat, seafood on your plate, and you get to try a lot of different things. But the food is only ok, and it's pretty expensive considering I could make better at home. Probably won't be going back.

I had no idea that it was a chef's menu when we decided to dine at Pasta Freska, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The food is amazing, the service was wonderful...we can't wait to go back.

There is no menu. There is no wine list. For dinner, the owner/chef will come over and recommend a couple of wines. He will ask if you have any dietary restrictions (this is the time to tell him about any foods you don't like). They are extremely accommodating to vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian diets. Then sit back and enjoy 6+ mystery courses of some of the most flavorful food you will ever eat. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is a real gem. I'm told that lunch is buffet style.

No menu given, no menu needed. "Mike" simply asked what we didn't like, then gave us everything else on the menu that night. Enjoyed every moment, and the light humor that was part of the overall experience.

We did not stay. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time and left when we were not seated. The taking if reservations is a sham. The restaurant seats people as they arrive if tables are available, Having a reservation is inconsequential.

No Menus, No wine list, just an upfront owner/chef who wants to know what you like and don't like and then the feast is on! I believe we had 6 courses to his determination which were all fabulous. Appeteizer round = eggplant parmasean; salad; pasta = either tomoato penne or spicy spagetti in meat sauce; main = chicken marsala, chicken parmasean or chicken canneloni; mussels & clams in curry; seafood entree = salmon, halibut or ahi; then deserts. Formidable!
