For an ideal start to your meal, enjoy the snail puff pastries stuffed with mushrooms, provolone and garlic and the Cleopatra salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and balsamic glaze. Pasta Fever's main fares, homemade pastas, are completely customizable. You choose a type of pasta, such as penne, spaghetti, fettuccini, farfalle and gnocchi and then select a dish with a sauce and its fixings. Some of these most popular dishes include Eric�s, with chicken, sundried tomatoes, crema and diced pepperoni, the cozy, with andouille sausage, shrimp, scallops and tomatoes and the sultana, with meatballs, artichokes and asparagus. If I didn't wait an hour just to get bread and and hour 45 for dinner it would have been spectacular The food was amazing and my girlfriend felt the best she had . Thank goodness for friendly neighbors who waited even longer. restaurant rules should be a free bottle of wine easily for this..I thought I was actually being given this as waitress kept filling my glass..but then I got stuck with the bill for them! and so it is! lol :)

We have dined at Pasta Fever many times and were looking forward to going again this season. Unfortunately, ownership has changed hands, and even though they have gotten the original chef back, the owners are not supporting him with appropriate staff. In addition, the new owners are hostile to customers. We had a confirmation from Open Table for our reservation but they claimed Open Table had not "called" them and they could not honor the reservation. They managed to find a table for us within 10 minutes, but then neglected to serve us. No one even brought a menu and we never did get bread or water. I was assertive about getting service, but the ONE server could not handle the crowd. She was understanding and tried her best but she was working against the management. It was a terrible experience for virtually everyone in the restarurant that night. We at least got our meals although many items were poorly thrown together and others they had "run out" of such as bread! We asked for some kind of compensation for the extended wait of more than an hour for appetizers, but the owners were unwilling to make any concession. Others who had arrived before us and did not get even appetizers for two hours did leave without paying and we applauded them. Don't go unless the ownership changes hands again. It's sad because this has been one of our favorite restaurants since it opened a few years ago.

Have been here a few times (see my past reviews) however, this place is no longer Italian, Pasta Lover. It is a French Bistro, and the food and service are outstanding. Not sure when they will get around to fixing this name thing, but I will be going back!

This is now the fourth time we been here, this time with another couple. I can't say enough good things about this small intimate place in a strip mall. First of all, forget the name (they should as well) yes, there is pasta on the menu, but that's not why we keep coming back. The food is prepared with lots of attention and detail. The menu is small with lots of daily specials that are a cut above of what you would expect. Two of us had escargot appetizer and the other 2 was French onion soup and mussels, all "extremely" delicious. Dinners were rack of lamb, shrimp dish and a chicken dish, all on the "price fix" menu that included appetizer, entrée and desert. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had eaten here several times before and enjoyed the Italian food. We came in with a party of 7 to celebrate my husband's birthday. The reservation was made through Open Table for Pasta Fever. The restaurants website said Pasta Fever and displayed the Italian food menu that we had previously enjoyed. Upon arriving, the restaurant signage said Pasta Fever and the interior looked the same. When we opened the menu that said Pasta Fever on the outside, the inside said Eric's Bistro and had a French menu. There was no Veal Parm as we had been looking forward to. We asked and were told that it had changed. I can't tell you how disappointed we were. It was a rainy night, we were a party of 7 and we weren't about to start looking for a new restaurant. The chef tried to accommodate us as best as he could, however this was not at all what we were expecting. A restaurant should make changes clear in all areas before making them. Pasta Fever misrepresented itself at our expense.

The restaurant did not serve pasta and the vegetables were frozen, what more can I say. The help and service people were very friendly.

The food was wonderful and so was the service We were surprised that the restaurant changed names but that did not deter us from going. The wait staff was very accommodating as one of my dining companions is gluten free. The shrimp were expertly prepared and the fish dishes were wonderful. We will definitely go back.

Consider changing the name because this is FINE CUISINE and not a Pasta Restaurant. The Menu has "Chef Eric's Bistro" on back. That would be a great Name.

Not a pasta place at all. Actually more of French cuisine. Small place and very nice. Food is amazing. It tastes like you are at your friends house who is a gourmet cook. Very homemade flavor. Very friendly and wonderful staff. Truly a great place to dine. Highly recommend it!

Food quality & taste had dropped drastically since our last visit. Split Pea soup was tasteless and like dishwater, other items we had served were bland. Restaurant was empty but we received 2 different emails changing our reservation from 7:00 to 7:30. Will not go back.
