It was cold in our room at the back until a patron turned up the air conditioner. All members of the staff were attentive and friendly and the food was wonderful. We love the area and will definitely return. I had the salmon and a side dish was a cucumber salad which I didn't particularly like, but other than that, it was perfect. We find the food excellent and the service alway cordial and professional. We do not like noisy restaurants and yours offers a layed-back calm environment. In many restaurants we feel rushed to eat so someone else can have our table. Not at the Grill. The bartender wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. The server forgot to bring bread, lemons, or ask if we wanted water to go with our cocktails . . . not unfriendly, but rather inattentive. He basically dropped off our entrees and never returned until the end of the meal. However, the young hostess did welcome us with a smile and kept us apprised of opening table availability. Overall, not the worst service we've ever had, but it definitely detracted from an otherwise wonderful dining experience. The menu and specials were all explained in great detail. The food quality was very good, and the presentation nice as well with all aspects of the meal. It is very cozy, with semi-transparent curtains at every table for privacy if desired. I would definitely go back again. Our waiter helped us select an excellent wine. Overall, the food was excellent; steaks were delicious(maybe a little bit salty), sides and appetizer were good as well. We ordered desserts, all were very good, but the creme brulee is incredible - i've never had a creme brulee as good as this.
