From start to finish, this place is top notch. Mandy was a fantastic server guiding us the entire time. Everything is prepared fresh and in house and you know they care about what they are doing (from the chef to the owner to all the staff). We felt like we were part of the inner circle and loved it! We had mussels (super fresh), charcuterie (even the pickles and jam are made in house--amazing), pork belly-delicious and plentiful, beef bourgogne (such rich flavors). The desserts were also top notch and we truly cannot wait to return. This is definitely an adult friendly environment where you will not be rushed. Worth the price, worth the time, we'll be back.

This restaurant does not serve "faux" French food, but the real thing. This chef really knows his stuff and all the dishes we have had here (we've been twice recently) have been outstanding. Try the duck and for dessert, be sure to have his "to die for" chocolate cake -- that must be one of the best we have ever tasted! The ambiance is lively and has a European feel, the staff is friendly and caring, the service fast. We have nothing but good to say about this restaurant and will most definitely be back.

I had my second dinner at Parts of Paris in Safety Harbor. POP is a gem of a restaurant and BYOB in beautiful Safety Harbor. Both times that I have taken friends to dinner the food and service was excellent. The servers were always engaging and very responsive to the needs of a wine enthusiast. Great place for a quiet high quality dinner.

My husband surprised me and took me the first time to this lovely restaurant for my birthday. We decided to bring our friends who live near the restaurant to introduce them to this restaurant. The restaurant definitely has a French feel to the decor and ambiance. The owner and wait staff are very attentive and let you linger. The food is French inspired but not traditional. However, everything we tried that evening was delicious. This restaurant is priced moderate to high for the Tampa Bay area. If you live in the area of Safety Harbor, you should definitely check this out. We live in Tampa and will be going back.

We took a soon to be newlywed couple to dinner to celebrate thier upcomiing wedding. We made the perfect choice! The server, the food, the ambiance could not have been better. The owner went over the top and gave us all a complimentary glass of champagne. It was a magicial evening. We have been to POP many times. It was always a favorite of ours, but this evening they put themselves into our all time favorite restaurant spot!

This was my first time, and I will be back. All courses were delicious, the service was good and it will be nice to dine on the front patio once the weather turns cooler. The memu has a small but varied selection. My friend and I both had the beet and goat cheese salad, which was quite large, and the pork chop entree. It was one of the best chops I've ever had, along with the creamiest polenta I've ever had. The chocolate tarte was also amazing - rich and creamy with an orange liquer in the crust. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the feel of the converted old cottage with its dark wooden floors, white linens and ample table spacing. My wife's moules were the best she's ever tasted! My boef Bourgogne meat tasted dry and stringy with too strong bacon flavor. Salads were excellent! My wife ordered an inexpensive $6/glass wine, as is her norm. We were billed for $12 per glass wine. Upon inquiry, the waiter reported that he heard the name of and served the more expensive wine. The restaurant was willing to credit the difference, but we didn't take them up on their offer.

The Sunday brunch is extremely pleasing. The menu has choices for salad, soup, appetizer, crepe, omelette...The wait staff is attentive and casual simultaneously. The green salad is superb, just the right oil and vinegar combination. The summer salad and the venizen quiche aimed high but did not reach the peak, the first too liquid and the second requiring spice or vegetables to balance the meat and egg. Even so, it's a pleasure to eat here.

Warm reception from staff. Outstanding service; menu choices include traditional Parisian favorites such as Moules Frites, entrecôte du boef, also innovative touches with local foods; tradition with flair. I enjoyed whole deboned grilled trout with pink grapefruit segments instead of usual lemon. Desserts again included traditionals such as creme brûlée, as well as innovations as in blueberry bourbon cobbler which needs to become a tradition! The charming old Safety Harbor home of this place has a bit of a noise problem which we dismissed as others enjoying themselves as much as we did!

We found the perfect neighborhood restaurant, and happily it serves French bistro food. A house converted to a restaurant on a quiet street in Safety Harbor, is the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the evening. With a well honed wait staff, very good food (try the mussels) and the lights from the neighboring houses, one feels at home, while being indulged. We saw so many items on the menu that peaked our interest, we will be going back.

I found this restaurant by searching the internet for french cuisine and fois gras. My wife and I ventured out and drove 45 min to this place and couldn't be happier. Myself being a french trained chef, the Steak Tartare and Escargot were delicious and not over powering. The portion size of the Fois Gras was amazing for $17. Our server, a very nice young lady, herself being from Germany was wonderful and made our evening even better. After our meal, we set out side on the little patio and enjoyed some home made charcutrie. Hats off to the Chef and the Owner, who by the way served and was host to all the guests. We will be back.

Would not recommend this restaurant. Too noisy. Less than average food. Had to return a dish too salty. The second one was then totally bland, not any better. The salad was not up to my expectations either. And the noise level too high to be able to carry a normal conversation.

I went to Parts of Paris for Sunday brunch and found everything to my taste. The menu had at least one choice for each course: appetizer, salad, crepe, main course... And the food was very good and nicely plated. I liked that the location was a house on a side street in Safety Harbor steps from Main Street.

We surprised my wife with dinner here for her birthday. It's just off of Main Street in quaint Safety Harbor. If you are staying at the Spa, it's definitely worth the walk up the block to this find. Tampa has few real French restaurants. This is the real deal, just off the main drag in quaint downtown Safety Harbor. It's convenient to get to, and the food is outstanding. The mussels were succulent, and as hard as I try to resist French fries--I just couldn't stop eating them. The quiche was perfect, the crust crisp without being dry. The salad was lightly but flavorfly dressed, all in all a real find. Excellent, but unobtrusive service.

Although I live in the area and had meant for a long time to check out Parts of Paris, having out-of-town house guests prompted me to make a reservation. Happily so! Our server was friendly and attentive without hovering. My friend's Truite Grille was a work of art, and tasty as well; her partner enjoyed his Steak Benson. My duck confit, on the other hand, was dry and only ordinary. The Torte au Chocolat, which we saved for later, was outstanding. We divided it three ways and there's still a nibble left. After dinner we walked along the lovely Main Street and wished a gallery or two had been open. All in all -- a lovely evening on a quiet street, and I shall not wait for house guests to return, next time with a local friend.

My daughter and I were spending a weekend together at safety harbor spa and wanted to have a special dinner together. Parts of Paris gave us just that! We started with the cheese board meant for dessert but decided to have the cheese as an appetizer based on our waiters recomendation. The cheese was excellent quality and quantity! Our dinners the mussel and the fillet dishes were amazing as well. My daughter was able to make her Shirley temple just as she preferred it because they gave her a pitcher of syrup at the table. I can't wait to go again but this time with my hubby.

First surprise for 33 year residents of the Tampa Bay area is what a wonderful small town Safety Harbor is! Wow! Having never visited it before my wife and I were absolutely wowed. Inlayed brick intersections; quaint cotteges and businesses lining Main Street; definitely a Key West/Winter Park vibe with lots of foot traffic. Fabulous. Nice cocktail-dinner spot out front by the sidewalk for cooler weather. Inside, clean-white look with comfortable furniture, white table linens; nice bar in the rear and quiet music in the background. Amanda's service was pleasant and efficient. Food was great. Wine was good and they just began serving cocktails, so that was definitely a plus for us. All in all we will certainly be back. A 5*****STAR place.

More like an early-bird special, but excellent. We could park right in front of the entry, only two other tables were occupied. Our charcuterie appetizer was excellent. Our server brought a second helping of toasted bread rounds to finish off the pate and duck liver mousse. Delicious. Our entrees were the duck confit and grilled trout, with wines suggested by our server; again excellent. We thought about the assorted cheeses for dessert, but felt we were too full to do them justice, so we settled for coffee only. I cannot remember a more enjoyable dining experience. Don't know what it's like on a busy evening, but at 3:00 on Fathers Day, they certainly know how to do it right.
