"The food was very well prepared and had great presentation and taste. The service, however was slow. I think that services issue was due to our waiter. This is a cooking school environment and I think more detail is paid towards the food than the total dining experience. Understanding that, this is an o.k. place to go, but plan to be there a while if you do decide to go."

"When I go to a restaurant, it is for a) good food and b) good conversation. Last night I was deep into conversation while we ate great food. We were interrupted about 9 times: to ask us if we wanted more bread; if everything was OK, if we wanted dessert , etc.. By 8:30, there was no one waiting to be seated, and they don't close til 9:30. But we felt that we were being rushed out; and every time I was in a very emotional moment, your waiters interrupted. THIS WAS EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Follow the haute cuisine style of wait service: Just put a basket of break on the table! Don't EVER interrupt conversations until the diners indicate that they need assistance. I'm not sure if i can come again if endure this well-intentioned harrassment."

"The atmosphere was beautiful . The service was phenomenal . The food lack flavor. I had the gumbo soup, the gravy was too thick I'm not sure what type of meat was in the gumbo but t wasn't good. My entree was pork chops, collard greens etc not quite sure. The food tasted like I season my dads food and he's a diabetic. My husband had the salmon and I enjoyed my meal more than him. My dessert was peach cobbler I actually though that was tasty."
