Diner Reviews
  • "I have to go back and give them a chance to redeem themselves. The hostess was quick to seat us, the wait-person was friendly and moderately attentive and the manager was surely gracious. Unfortunately, the Ribeye steak we ordered, albeit served the correct temperature, was about 40% fat. So the irony is the steak was delicious, but the chef could have used better judgement and exercise some quality control and not send out a steak that was almost half a blob of suet. Additionally, they serve the steak atop the french fries, so they were soggy to say the least; the green beans were fresh enough, just not hot enough to melt butter. the bread and butter were also complimentary and tasty. I will give them the benefit of the doubt next time."

  • "Had not been to the Parkway Grille for some time. We really enjoyed the Easter Brunch and hope to visit the restaurant more often in the future. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the live pianist."

  • "The service was so deplorable that I would never return to this restaurant! No follow up by the waiters once the food was served and you had to literally yell to get their attention. They mixed up the bill and then would not get the manager when asked. The hotel management was no better. I complained and they never followed up -- no return phone call, nothing. Open Table should have a system to drop poorly performing restaurants. This one is definitely not worth your consideration! Marriott should be embarrassed!"
