We visited Park 75 because it was our hotel restaurant and convenient, but were very surprised by what we found. The service was impeccable - friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The food far surprpassed our expectations after reading the mixed reviews online. Our starters were the vidalia onion soup and the heirloom tomato salad. The salad had basil from the rooftop garden and in season tomatoes. Waygu beef skirt steak was a main entree as well as the pickled shrimp from the small plates. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. Sides of grilled okra and sauteed black-eyed peas. Our recommended dessert from several great choices was the chocolate waffle bread pudding. A perfect finish! This place deserves to be packed each night.

Had high expectations when I made the reservation. I was somewhat underwhelmed at the quality of the food and the service appeared stretched to capacity Sunday. The hostess provided me my beverage and ice water, but no server introduced themselves or tended to me during the experience.

The quality of the service and the overall dining experience has declined since the ownership of the hotel changed. This was formerly my favorite dining spot. I will be rethinking this..... I was not happy with the experience and my guest commented on the poor quality of the service. Hopefully, this was just a one time thing.

Breakfast was excellent but service was a little less attentive than I normally like, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. We usually have excellent service in this restaurant but on this visit we had to ask for our check when we were done. I still recommend this restaurant if you want a relaxing, quiet venue with excellent food.

I was visiting from palm beach, yet I must say anything from the seasonal cocktails, wines, and the food were outstanding. Chef Robert & his team really knows how to put great menu together. From the organic greens grown from chef's garden to some of the signature dishes. Service is even more impeccable. Thank you Wendy, Bill, and Amy.

My mother turned 75 so I thought I would be clever and book her birthday dinner Park 75. I am so glad because it was beautiful, food was delicious, service was excellent. The restaurant was pretty quiet, only a few other tables were occupied and that concerned me a little bit but didn't matter in the end. One strange thing - there were 8 of us and they brought out about 5 rolls before dinner. ok.

Might have dined on an off Saturday evening. Spinach salad was the hero of the food evening. Based on the prices, they are very proud of their food. After all said and done, I went across the street for a burger. The ten dollar burger was awesome. The two hundred and fifty I spent on my wife and myself, should have been donated to a charity. It's been a full two days, and it's still embarrassing for the four seasons. Service great, food, ...um.......

This restaurant, connected to the Four Seasons Hotel, has become a favorite "special occasion" dining spot. Very personal and "high touch" service. On our last visit we joked about an unusual food item from a meal 45 years ago. When we joined them for breakfast the next morning they had acquired the item overnight and surprised us with two different preparations. This was totally unexpected and created a memory that will stay with us forever. The food quality has always been outstanding and the wine list is interesting. We've already found an excuse to join them for dinner in 3 weeks.

We were quickly seated and promptly attended to by our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu selections. When the chef learned of my birthday (which we indicated when we made our online reservations), he came out to wish me Happy Birthday. He sent out a special delight of chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate truffles with a special birthday message penned in chocolate. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The second night of our stay we ordered from the menu but chose to sit in the bar area and order smaller meals. Again, the food was cooked to perfection.

We went to Park 75 to celebrate a birthday. Since buffet for Sunday brunch was closing, we order ale carte. Service was very slow with multiple different servers coming for no obvious reason. My wife and I ordered individual ricotta and pancetta pizzas, which were undercooked, gloppy, and lacking pancetta. When we told server, she produced a plate of pancetta! We finally gave up and ordered sandwiches, which were OK. To the restaurants credit, we were not charged for either the pizza or sandwiches. Others thought their food was good. I would have expected much better in a nice place with an expensive menu!

We went to Park 75 for Valentine's Day hoping for a great setting and great food at the Four Seasons. Despite having a reservation for months, we were shown to a table that was not even in the restaurant (essentially in the foyer of the hotel). It was clear from the beginning that they added wait staff to meet the demand as our wait staff had no idea how to work in a restaurant. I will say that they were very kind and friendly. The food was well below standard. Lobster and salmon were fishy, beef was good, salad was tasteless. The desserts were not tasty and were poorly presented. The price was fine but all in all, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences we have had in years.

We were wanting a quiet romantic lunch with exceptional food for a Valentines Day treat. Most everything about the experience was good except the food. It was far from special. The $23 crab and shrimp Mac and cheese had no shrimp and mushed up crab. The $23 halibut was overdone and sitting in a wimpy broth with chewy clams. The $13 Caesar salad was overdressed with a mayo dressing that had no garlic or anchovy flavor. The pear salad was the only dish I thought was of quality. We wanted a wonderful chocolatey, gooey dessert but the offerings were not enticing enough. Now I know why the food at Park 75 does not garner favor from critics.

Bad experience from the minute we arrived- people who arrived after us were seated before us. We were initially led to a table that had not been cleared. Eventually we were seated at a table entirely too large for the party- really for 8 people. We were 4. We could not hear each other without raising our voices. Food was plentiful but marginal. A mediocre dining experience at any price.

I went to Park 75 for the Sunday brunch and I wasn't disappointed. The food selection includes breakfast items, hot items and a dessert buffet. The service was pleasant and attentive. Considering at Park 75 is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, I was surprised at how casual - sloppy - some people are dressed up. It is not the restaurant's fault per se but 'encouraging' people to dress casual smart would be appropriate considering the nice atmosphere of Park 75. Sunday's brunch is reasonable priced but does not include any champagne.

Our dinner at Park 75 was just incredible. It's so rare to find a restaurant like this anymore. We had a party of four ranging from 34 to 64, and all ages loved it. The food was incredible, portions were generous, the service was spectacular. We loved the low lighting and quiet atmosphere, since most restaurants today seem to have loud music and lots of noise. We would be willing to drive back to Atlanta from South Carolina just to eat at Park 75. Just because it is in a hotel, do not overlook it. It is spectacular!

On the plus side the servers were all very friendly and when they came by the table, very helpful. I don't know if they've been instructed not to come by too often so as not to be intrusive but there were very long periods of time where you couldn't find a server or the water glasses were empty. Inviting menu but food and presentation did not match what I would expect for a top tier hotel restaurant. Park 75 is a good option if you're staying at the hotel but if your local there are better options in the midtown area.
