Meet our Executive Chef, Dean Donnell. Chef Dean exemplifies the art of cuisine and a love for his profession. His style is light, eclectic, fresh and intelligent, full of inventive presentations and textures. Dean knew he wanted to be a chef when he got a glimpse of a restaurant kitchen at very… young age. “The white hats, aprons and wonderfully done food-I fell in love.” From this point on his gastronomic destiny was determined.
Dean’s creativity can be seen in our catering events, in the restaurant and in his passionate epicurean design. He has been featured in several publications receiving top honors for his creativity and presentation. He regularly appears at local charitable events and several food festivals. He is constantly engaged in something new.
