Meet our Executive Chef, Dean Donnell. Chef Dean exemplifies the art of cuisine and a love for his profession. His style is light, eclectic, fresh and intelligent, full of inventive presentations and textures. Dean knew he wanted to be a chef when he got a glimpse of a restaurant kitchen at very young age. “The white hats, aprons and wonderfully done food-I fell in love.” From this point on his gastronomic destiny was determined.

Dean’s creativity can be seen in our catering events, in the restaurant and in his passionate epicurean design. He has been featured in several publications receiving top honors for his creativity and presentation. He regularly appears at local charitable events and several food festivals. He is constantly engaged in something new.

The daily events and special offers combined with a great wine list by the glass and creative cocktails have made Park 25 Bistro a local favorite spot of casual elegant relaxation.

  • "This space is considerably nicer than a typical hotel restaurant, with high ceilings and lots of windows. Service was very friendly, but just a single manager was working the floor. It took a while to take our order, longer for food to arrive. The food was good, the chive butter with the bread was exceptional. the steak salad was large, with good sized hunks of meat and bacon. The brisket flat bread was a bit sweet, but nicely seasoned. "

  • "Decent but not phenomenal. The brisket and goat cheese omelette was unique. Mimosas were alittle slow in delivery. Mistakenly parked in the wrong parking lot and ended paying extra. Didnt seem right after a $40 per plate brunch"

  • "As far as Marriott experiences go, this one was a disappointment. From the entrance, service was underwhelming. This form does not allow sufficient text to detail the issues. Suffice it to say that the valet, hostess and wait staff were all unprepared, inattentive and not the quality that is usually present at a full-service Marriott property. The one highlight was the food. The buffet was excellent. For what was charged, I expected much more in the area of service."

  • "Party of 4 - Easter Brunch We arrived at our scheduled reservation time of 11:30 and were seated after about five minutes. There were a few open tables and most of the diner seemed to be staying at the Marriott which was attached. The food was laid out "buffet style" and was very good. A large variety of both breakfast and lunch. The brunch was a flat rate, but included mimosas and Bloody Mary's. "

  • "Plentiful, typical, big Sunday brunch. Lots of choices, all good - nothing outstanding. Server a bit surly, clearly wanted us to leave even though there were several empty tables around us. Overall, a good experience. We will probably return."

  • "Hotel restaurants are always dicey but this one has a great selection of small plates that aren't small but quite generous. The BBC shrimp, brisket sliders, and sweet potato fries were excellent. The dipping sauces were very zingy."

  • "We came on a whim after walking out of a poor experience at another restaurant. We were immediately greeted by Carlton with a great warm Welcome. He was very personable, gave great recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. The appetizers were good (got the Spinach Dip and Lemon Herb Flat Bread), the entrees were ok (Filet was overcooked and potatoes were luke warm), but the wine was a nice pour and moderately priced. The bar was energetic and had a good feel, our server Carlton was clearly slammed and could have certainly used more help from his fellow co-workers. We never received a Managers table visit. We would go back."

  • "This was a very nice place for us as a group of nine. The service was very helpful and friendly though the food delivery was a bit slow between courses. We were on a limited menu since it was Valentines Day but there are no complaints by me. Each course was prepared well, very tasty, and the presentation was fantastic! Hats off to the chef."

  • "I dined on Christmas, they only had one waitress and bartender. We had to wait extremely too long for everything- drinks, food, the check. One positive is that the food was really good and the Chef was very nice and attentive to my long list of allergies."

  • "Simple restaurant. Not exceptionally good food or atmosphere. Not exceptionally good service. The overall experience was just okay. Not worth the prices of the food in my opinion. Nothing extremely wrong happened but neither did anything good. The hostess forgot a menu and our waiter never showed up. The bar tender took our orders. We weren't greeted when we first walked in. These are small things but small things add up to change your experience. None of my party was impressed with the food. It was just fair."
