My husband and I ate at Parish in September 2011 based on a recommendation in the Georgia Organics Local Food Guide. It was a highly stylized venue with so-so food. Our server was nice but he knew nothing about the food he was serving. We decided to give it another chance this week. Sadly, we had the same experience: the food was okay, the service just wasn't up to par. Why would you market yourself as a farm-to-table restaurant but not train staff to care about the food? The expediters brought the wrong dishes to our table at least three times. The host was texting when we asked to be seated. And perhaps worst of all, in this neighborhood HOPPING with restaurants, Parish never filled up on a Friday night. Bad sign!

Service was so subpar, I don't evn know where to begin. Very, very sad. Why bother telling a place it's a special event if they ignore/blow it off.?
Food was fine. In this area, there are too many places that have super food and rock star severs to bother with Parish again.

The meat tray appetizer was so small. There were four small thin slices of meat. The food was very over salted, so much so that it masked the taste of the food. I would not dine here again.
