ParisaWow Again!!Second time at this restaurant and another great meal. Food was great and the server suggested the perfect wine to go with our meal. Meal was so good we didn't leave room for dessert, but we'll be back and make sure we save room next time. I had one of the specials which was halibut. cooked perfectly!!
Definitely be back. Great little gem on Montgomery!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMA little bit of Europe! My daughters and I found Parisa to be a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing and the owner is lovely. The atmosphere is perfect, dark with candles and great for good conversation. The bar was a little bit scattered when we arrived but we were in no hurry.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Eatery in D'TownSunday's brunch was a great time. The food was pretty good, the menu original, and the dining space quaint and original. I loved the old photos of Syracuse on every wall.
Eat here. You'll like it.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect Mother's Day BrunchWhile at the OnCenter for a dance competition, I thought I could get away for a brunch with my dancer. Doing a local search Parisa came up with high reviews for their food quality and brunch. Went to open table and boom, got a table at the perfect time. Checked out the menu on line and when we sat down we were able to immediately order, given our tight time frame. Even WIth special requests the order came quickly and we were out in 35 minutes. The fritatta was fantastic, I think a little heavy on the meat. My daughter had the benedict which was very lemony but tasty. Service was fantastic. Great place, look forward to next time5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMNice Spot for Sunday BrunchWent for brunch after my son's graduation at Syracuse University. It's a short drive from campus, and on a Sunday you can find street parking. It was pleasant, there was a good choice of brunch dishes and we all agreed it was a relaxing place where you could hold a conversation. The home fries are great. It's not a big room, though, so I'm glad we made reservations on OpenTable in advance. Moderate prices, too! Recommended for parents visiting their Syracuse students -- much less hectic than Marshall Street.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect ServiceWhat a pleasure to have such great service to accompany the wonderful food. Varied menu with specials, nice wine list, terrific desserts made in-house. The food was great. We will be sure to visit again!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMexcellent, inventive cuisineexcellent, inventive cuisine - reasonable pricing, great restaurant!!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMCan only just my recent lunchCan only just my recent lunch and it was very good. Parisa has instantly become one of our favorite restaurants in Syracuse. All five of us had a wonderful meal.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe atmosphere and food wereThe atmosphere and food were amazing. Everyone in our party was very pleased with their dinner selections.
If you are looking for a wait staff that hovers over you, this is not the place for you. It was very nice to not feel like we were being rushed out the door. When we needed something, it was provided. But we were left to relax and enjoy our meal.
The prices are a little too high to become a regular choice, but well worth it for special occasions. The Grilled Vegetable Tower was a little over priced compared to the other choices. For a few dollars more, you could get a steak. The price was a little unreasonable for vegetables. However, my wife said that it was very good.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMNow, Parisa is one of ourNow, Parisa is one of our top 5 restaurants in CNY! Stong compliments to the chef. Wall hangings about historical Syracuse and wood floors are enjoyable as well. This was perfect for our wedding anniversary.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMI only have to describe ParisaI only have to describe Parisa in 2 words: FINE DINING! There is NO restaurant in town quite like Parisa. The food is made to perfection, the atmosphere is so great and the service is fantastic! I recommend Parisa to anyone anytime!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely Sunday brunchI've been waiting to try this place forever, and it did not disappoint. A lovely Easter brunch, with wonderful, personable (attentive, not overbearing) service. The grilled lamb and eggs and mimosas were favorites with my family. Mine choice was the best Belgian waffle I've ever tasted. So light and delicious. We'll be back for dinner and dessert. Can't wait to try the Persian-influenced dishes.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe waitstaff could have beenThe waitstaff could have been a little more attentive to the water glasses and wine glasses being full during our meal and it was rather chilly in the front rooms by the windows. Otherwise the food was good and we had a good time at the Parisa.2/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
