We are in the service industry, so are pretty critical of our food and service, and this restaurant was more than up to our standards. Even as the only diners on a late Spring Monday night, we had great service and our food was paced to our liking. The meal was delicious and the wine list offered a great variety of reds, whites, and blends. Paris 66 was recommended to me so I researched it on opentable. After reading the reviews and checking out the menu we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was good even though they really pack the tables in but after we squeezed in it turned out to be enough room. Our waiter Tim was great! They were so busy with everyone scurrying around but the wait staff seemed to do their jobs with ease and attentiveness.
