Cozy French styleNear Whole Food Market, very cozy and French style restaurant. I ordered a Cream Bulee, creamy but not very sweet. Very crunchy outside. I love it very much.6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a great experienceWe had a great experience at Paris 66. The restaurant is charming and there is a nice outdoor patio. Our server was straight from France which made the experience very authentic - she was very sweet and gave insight into which foods were truly "French". The meal was served at a leisurely pace as it would it in Europe, dinner took over 2 hours. Really enjoyed this restaurant and would recommend it!6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGood findDiscovered Paris 66 while walking around. Pleasantly surprised that our server spoke French. We are travelling to France this summer and this was a good taste of what we'll encounter over there.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAppealing BistroI had not been back to Paris 66 for a while. It's a restaurant where I like to take out-of-down friends for its casual French ambience and quality food. This visit refreshed all my memories of happy dining there with friends who appreciate good food that has been well-prepared. Our server, Tim, was personable, efficient, and attentive. He made adjustments to our menu choices easy for us and readily consulted other staff if we had any questions that he could not answer immediately. All-in-all, I had another dining experience that will keep me looking forward to a return visit.5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was just wonderfulEverything was just wonderful I loved it and can't wait to go back!!!!5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMWe love the ambiance at ParisWe love the ambiance at Paris 66. The food is consistently good.5/21/2013 12:00:00 AMReally liked eating out onReally liked eating out on the patio. Even though the restaurant is on a busy street, currently with construction noise, when you step on the back porch you feel relaxed and away from it all. The lights on the patio make the spot special. Also appreciated the music which was enjoyable but at a volume that wasn't intrusive. I would love to go back.5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMFrench gem in PittsburghFantastic, authentic French food. Great ambience. Crepes are not to be missed. Try to sit out on the patio if you can.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMFor the most part, the foodFor the most part, the food was excellent. Strangely enough, though, the weakest things were the crepes. The buckwheat was stiff and tasteless and the dessert crepe was also heavy. We were there for brunch and ate on the patio. It was lovely.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful! We went for Mother's Day brunch and couldn't have been more pleased.the food and service were wonderful. One of my favorites touches was that the Mother's Day cocktails were all named after the server's mothers.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMParis 66 is a gem.Paris 66 is a gem of a French restaurant. It has a great atmosphere, wonderful food and a delightful staff.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Mother's Day BrunchBrought my 70-something mother for Mother's Day brunch. She was quite impressed! We started with a Parisian martini; very nicely prepared and fruity. We both ordered from the special brunch menu; she got the scallops and I the duck. Both dishes were excellently prepared with beautiful presentation. And afterwards we enjoyed a raspberry dessert with coffee. Very helpful was the free valet parking service, especially as we were running late on arrival and my mother walks with a cane.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a wonderful Mother'sWe had a wonderful Mother's Day lunch here. The French Onion soup was the best we ever had. I would not recommend the buckwheat crepes as they are bitter, but the croque monsieur was awesome. The macaroons were good too. Very authentic. Our waitress was from France.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMDine with your Mom or your Love.Low key exquisite restaurant with French servers some of whom have an incredible knowledge of the French wines. The food is superb and plentiful. Service is friendly, the gentlemen who served us made us feel right at home. This was the 3rd time we've eaten at Paris 66 and have been completely satisfied every time.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMMonday Night DiningIt was our first time dining here and we will return. We are in the service industry, so are pretty critical of our food and service, and this restaurant was more than up to our standards. Even as the only diners on a late Spring Monday night, we had great service and our food was paced to our liking. The meal was delicious and the wine list offered a great variety of reds, whites, and blends. The price was good for the quality of food as well.5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMVery friendly & helpful waiter.Very friendly & helpful waiter. Fun menu . Cozy setting.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat bistro. If you haven't been to France this place will provide you with some insight as to what will greet you when you do get to visit France. And for those that have been to La Belle France, you will have an opportunity to wax nostalgia.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMLove itThe first time that we went. The food was great. The service was excellent. The goat cheese ravioli main course made a wonderful shared appetizer.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMParis 66 is one of the mostParis 66 is one of the most enjoyable neighborhood restaurants. It is quite authentic but not at all pretentious. The food is very good and the ambiance is truly reminiscent of a French cafe. We had the Poulet-Roti which was wonderful - nice and juicy but with a crisp skin.
The pastries are excellent, especially the macaroons which are amazingly authentic and as good as the best you can find in Paris or Geneva.4/15/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Dining ExperienceA great experience. The food was wonderful and the most authentic "French" experience in Pittsburgh. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMMy teen age daughter and IMy teen age daughter and I went to Paris 66 for Easter Brunch. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. We had the crab cake and quiche lorraine. Both were ooooh la la delicious. The simple yet decadent butter and sugar crepe that we had for dessert was also yum yum yummy.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is probably our fifthThis is probably our fifth time dinning at Paris 66 and the service and food have never disappointed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a very unique “Euro” like atmosphere.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMAs usual, Paris 66 servedAs usual, Paris 66 served a first-rate lunch with authentic French food. Since closure of both Le Foret and Pommier, this is about all that remains, but it is exceptional for the price.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMQuaint, authentic French feel.Quaint, authentic French feel. Service was charming and attentive from our french-speaking waiter.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful Birthday dinner!I wanted a new restaurant to try for my husbands birthday and i was looking for a french restaurant to try after eating at some good french restaurants in Key West, Florida. Paris 66 was recommended to me so I researched it on opentable. After reading the reviews and checking out the menu we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was good even though they really pack the tables in but after we squeezed in it turned out to be enough room. Our waiter Tim was great! They were so busy with everyone scurrying around but the wait staff seemed to do their jobs with ease and attentiveness. Our food was done to perfection but, don't leave without trying the desserts!3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMNice for anniversary.Nice anniversary dinner. Excellent fillet mignon.
