The menu features hand selected U.S.D.A. Prime Dry Aged steaks… and chops from Pat LaFrieda & Sons. Each cut has been aged for at least 28 days in the LaFrieda Himalayan Salt Room. In celebration of traditional Greek cooking, Parea also offers a dynamic range of classic dishes. Selections include tender lamb riblets, slow braised octopus and a hearty vegetable moussaka. Carefully prepared, each dish captures a different element from the heart of Greece.
