"We are normally not fans of dining in major hotel restaurants but the Ritz did a great job remodeling this space and have an impressive delivery of food and ambiance. The energy was just the right level and not the stuffy dining experience you sometimes receive in 5-star hotel sponsored fine dining. The food was one of our top meals in recent memory...my wife loved the halibut and the duck with strawberries was just plain spectacular. Looking forward to going back!"

"The service is highly lacking as our waiter did not refill club soda for me when he asked my husband for another drink, and we had to ask for him repeatedly by other people. The food was marginal - we would not frequent it again."

"We had a wonderful Easter Sunday late lunch. There was practically nobody there at 2:30 as if I had reserved a private room!apparently they stop serving from 2:30-5 so we had the place, and servers to ourselves. Opentable allowed us to reserve at 2:30 but Parallel 37 called us and asked us to come a little early Food was great , tagliatelle duck, and Halibut with pasta, green salad, and flat bread. the special drinks from the bar were the best!"

"Great service; delicate presentation; sublime appetizers, esp. dungeness crab salad, short-rib tortelloni, & sashimi. The slow-cooked pork was tender and well-seasoned. It was for a birthday celebration - a small truffle or some semblance would have added much more even though the waiter was quite sweet in wishing a birthday greeting to my friend at the end."

"Great new find! Took a friend for his bday, and got the best table in the house. He had the crab salad, and I the warm foie gras. Both were terrific and incredibly tasty. Entree of sonoma duck breast could not have been juicier, and my rib eye was cooked to perfection. The sauces were the perfect complement to the meats, and we both remarked how good the food was. We finished off with the chocolate decadence cake with a bright blue candle. A memorable meal."

"It's a fine, but limited menu. The food is quite good but not knock your socks off, wow! The ambiance is also fine but somewhat sterile, and the service, although good-humored and trying hard, just isn't up to what one should expect from a restaurant of this level. So what I'm saying is that we had a fine experience but I have to ask whether it was worth $150. One glass of wine each, 3 appetizers, one entree, two desserts. It's just not up to what one should expect."
