When I heard the special of the day was salmon that was way over accessorized, I figured they really don't know how to just make a simple, good piece of salmon. They didn't, it was overcooked. Had the skirt steak (very tender and perfectly medium rare) with spinach and fries. Could have used a bit more spinach and a little less fries. My friend had the beet salad and brussel sprouts.
