"This was Easter Sunday, so wasn't expecting a whole lot. The food was actually pretty good, but thought that they might have tweaked the menu a little to reflect the holiday. They were very accomodating with our 10 month old son and were able to put us in a quiet corner. My parents really enjoyed the views of the Bay and the City from the restaurant."

"We felt that our waiter was rushing us, to the point that I had to tell him that we were more interested in the dining experience than to have our order hurried. The dining room was not overly crowded, so I didn't understand his hurry. He was very pleasant and attentive though. Perhaps its a good idea to ask diners first if they have any time constraints. All in all, we had a very good evening."

"Worst customer service experience of my life! The staff obviously does not know that they are in the service industry. The hostess did not greet us and interrupted us to talk to another staff member. The waiter pointed at the red wine while we were discussing white. My friend had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come by and check on us only so that she could ask for a spoon that was never provided with her soup. Then the waiter confused our cash payment of $100 for $50 and there was no cash input in their register to prove otherwise. When we asked to speak with the manager it took them 20 min. After speaking with him we were then referred to Loss Prevention. He did not know what he was doing either! Terrible management!!!!"

"We were at the bar waiting for our table and were in front of the bowls of sliced oranges, lemons and limes when this man walks up and puts his hand in the oranges and starts diging around, I thought he was a customer until I noticed he had a serving tray and pulled out and put back multiple oranges until he selected a couple and place them on his tray and took them out to the dinning room. What happened to tongs?
As for the meal the bread was served cold and hard so we did not eat it. The calamari was unseasoned, the server replaced it with another that was seasoned but chewy. The beet salad was boring. The halibut was served so hot and over cooked it was tough. The mussels were tasteless. Apple cranberry crisp was not baked, huh?"

"I was a little disappointment in the atmosphere. Our waitress was good. But this was a special occasion and I think I should have pick the the other restaurant( more formal) but this was ok."
