"
Intimate space that got a tad too warm at one point but for 7 girls, they accommodated our group well in the small space and other then that it was very delicious and affordable (the steak was surprisingly good and my gnocchi were incredibly fresh). The servers were very attentive and nice. I also appreciated them seating us even though half the party was late. I will be back.

When we arrived the staff said they were no longer serving. I understand it was 30 min before close but then there shouldn't be a time slot on open table 30 minutes prior to closing if the restaurant doesn't want to seat and serve at that time.

Paprika remains one of our nyc favorites. The chef/owner provides consistently delicious food, variety in the menu, and outstanding wines. It's one of the places we can take guests and know all will be well. Value for money: one of New York's treasures!

Nice welcoming environment. Attentive bus and wait staff. Excellent bread and olive oil served quickly. No problem sampling wines before choosing. Final wine selections were very good. Group of 4 sharing all dishes started with Eggplant Napoleon which was excellent. Arugula salad as part of Prix Fix was good and generous. Mac and cheese with lobster was tasty but not aesthetically pleasing. Pizzoccheri Valtellinesi was delicious. Arctic Char as part of Prix Fix was OK. Chocolate Tartufo and coffee was excellent. We all left satisfied.

We arrived as they were opening (5:00) for a 5:30 reservation since we were seeing a show at 7:30 around the corner. Had the place to ourselves. Nice music, atmosphere. Friendly staff. Only wine & beer are served. Recommended wine & food were outstanding. Napolean Appetizer was amazing. All our entrees were hot & tasty. It got noisier as the place filled up but never had a problem hearing across the table.
