A word from Paparazzi Ristorante Italiano
Paparazzi is dedicated to the idea that every guest should be treated like a star. The restaurant reflects the philosophy of blending the classical and neo-classical elements of everyday Italian life. The menu offers classical Italian dishes that have become part of the American tapestry, while introducing its fair share of the interpretive, creative, and innovative. The regional recipes are authentic and passed down from generation to generation. They are marked by freshness and seasonality. The WOOD-FIRED OVEN, visible from every seat in the dining room, imparts a special flavor and aroma to the Artisan Pizza as well as other specially prepared dishes. Imaginative desserts put an exclamation point on the dining experience.
The Wine List is designed to take the stress out of the selection process. While it is descriptive and friendly, the knowledgeable staff is eager to assist.

We visited on a very busy Saturday, and were promptly seated at our reservation time. What struck me immediately were the number of families with children. The atmosphere is quite up scale, and these families were not treated as second class just because they include their children in their outings- Bravo! Our server was very knowledgeable about both the food and the wine menu. Our table of four ordered the grilled pork chop, the filet oscar, the pork shank osso buco, and the gluten free spaghetti with a side of meatballs. All of our meals were excellent. The one change we would have made was to heat up the crab on the Filet. Cold crab on a hot steak was just a bit off.

If you can find a parking place, is the first challenge. Thankfully, we happened to discover a complimentary valet parking service set up way in the back of the mall after driving around for 20 minutes searching for a spot. The food here is excellent. The wine list impressive. Service is good -- but it's very, very slow. VERY slow. So, prepare to wait a long time for your food (though it is worth the wait). We waited 15-20 minutes for our waitress to arrive, and then had to wait another 45+ minutes to get our food after ordering. This restaurant is too kid-friendly for a restaurant that presents itself as being more of an upscale restaurant. On a date night (Saturday at aprox. 7:30-9pm), we didn't enjoy being surrounded by so many young children - it seemed there were at least 2-3 little ones at just about every table around us. Kids are loud (screeching, crying) and distracting. We avoid "family style" restaurants for this reason, to avoid having to dine with young children. The point of a date night and dining out for us is to get away from that for a few hours. We really thought Paparazzi would be a more upscale "date night" restaurant, but in our opinion it was more of a "Golden Corral" dining hall atmosphere, with kids running around, people squeezing by our chairs (we actually had to stand up and pull our chairs in at one point, to let some people get around the other tables to theirs!). Their "open floor" style dining area is also way too noisy when they're full, to the point we had to practically shout to hear each other when conversing, and our waitress had to lean over and shout to us and cup her ear so we could all hear each other. Not the fine dining experience we had anticipated, at all. Thankfully, the food was excellent (once we finally got it!), which helped make up for a total lack of ambiance. Wouldn't recommend Paparazzi for a date night dinner, but if you can tolerate kids, crowds, and noise, you will enjoy a fabulous meal.

  • Our "Go-To" Place

Paparrazzi is 10 minutes from our house. Great food, wonderful staff. It is definitely our "go-to" place for everything from dinner out with new friends, to "I don't feel like cooking tonight". Prices are reasonable, but not cheap-though the appetizers are big enough for a meal if you're having to really watch the budget. Nice wine list. I prefer their Sweet Bourbon Martini with Candied Bacon on top though. Salmon Portofino is always good, as are the chops and braised short ribs in addition to all the great pasta. They also have both a Gluten Free and a Vegetarian menu. In the nicer months, the table outside are a wonderful choice-with fountains, people walking around the shops at Lafayette etc. Sunday brunch is pricey but very very good.

This was our first visit to Paparazzi. It was a positive experience. All 8 of us enjoyed the different dishes, tasty wine, and the celebration of a friend's birthday. The surprise birthday dessert was especially well-prepared and thoughtful of the staff. Service was very accommodating. We will be returning.

We went for a special occasion, my son's birthday (31 yrs). It was mine and my husbands 2nd visit and my son's 1st. My son was very impressed with the atmosphere and greatly enjoyed his lobster, as did my husband and I. We will go back again with a group of friends. The food was delicious and it wasn't extremely noisy which is a plus so we could hear each other talk. I really loved the atmosphere.

I love dining at Paparazzi. I took my 11 year-old daughter out for a Mother-Daughter date and was not disappointed. The service was very good, and although I didn't enjoy my dish as much as usual (I ordered a special), my daughter's dish was delicious and dessert was great!

Super Tuscan by the glass is a great way to start. Artichoke appetizer blended flavors together beautifully with ricotta, arugula, lemon, and parm. Freshly made house Caesar dressing was delicious. We shared the Bolognese and the Veal Milanese - both classically prepared and well executed. We will surely be back.

We had a great time. The gluten free options where good. I hope they add more for their entrees. I had the Wood fired chicken wings and the Balsamic Steak Salad. My friend had the lobster bisque and vegetarian panini. Loved the wings, some strips of the steak on the salad were chewy. My friend loved the panini but was hoping for more of a chunky lobster bisque than she had.

This neighborhood restaurant always delivers great food and service, but we were pleasantly surprised to find they have recently added piano bar type entertainment Friday nights along with a late night bar menu. This made the experience even better and we decided to stay a little longer. Try the Lime Basil Martini.

We sat in a lovers booth of which I only saw two. I had a great appetizer with meatballs,, parmigiana cheese, marinara sauce and bread at the bottom. Out of this world. My wife had the Eggplant parmigiana appetizer crispy and loved it. She also had the Pork Chop which was excellent. The owner came over to our table and was a very polite and caring man. We really enjoyed talking with him.

This restaurant is a great place to bring the family! The owners have managed to blend a welcoming atmosphere with fantastic food that both the adults (foodies included!) and the kids will love. They have outside seating that’s right next to a giant open lawn area, so the kids are able to run around while the adults can supervise from their table while sipping on Italian wine. Food recommendations include the Meatball Pizza (although all of their Wood Oven pizzas are super yummy!) and the Tuscan Steamed Clams appetizer which was packed with flavor. If you’re in the mood for Italian food this is the restaurant to visit!

Food was excellent, service poor, waiter rude and unpleasant. The food at Paparazzi is always good, but the wait staff is generally not great. It was my husband's birthday dinner and the evening was negatively impacted by the waiter who ignored our table. We had to make multiple requests for our wine and when we tried to engage with the waiter he was distant and rude. He appeared to much more interested in a large table that would result in a bigger tip. It is really too bad, because this restaurant has such an extensive menu, great wine list and delicious food. The décor is very appealing, but I have never had a great waiter at Paparazzi. However, this was by far the worst service experience I had ever had there.

We had previously been here for brunch and invited another couple to join us for Father's Day brunch. They agreed and came out with us and it was great. The food was really good and the atmosphere was good that day for it being a holiday weekend. Our server that day did seem very disinterested and busy again with this being a holiday weekend so we understood but it would have been nice to have had a better experience that day overall. We really enjoy this restaurant and it won't stop us from returning back as every other time it has been an amazing experience. I would highly suggest this place for any occasion.

Papparazzi Ristorante Italiano satisfied each member of our party. The dinner was just delicious, from appetizer to main course to dessert. The lighting was right...we could see without glare or that suspicious darkness of restaurants. We could actually hear the dinner conversation with all six of us talking. The booth seating was spacious and comfortable. There was a good range of dining choices for either the vegetarian or the non-vegetarian...this selection was important for us. The staff members were pleasant, yet efficient. Do we plan to go to Papparazzi's again? Absolutely!
