"Unfortunately, two of our 4 meals came out wrong. The waiter seemed new and really overwhelmed. It took forever for our salads to come out as well as our meals. Our waiter forgot to bring things we asked for 3 times. Our waiter really ruined the night for us as we were so focused on what/when he would be back.

It's really too bad because we love Papa Razzi and go there often."

"3 of us went for Easter -- one had fritatta, from the brunch menu. Good, but smaller than expected. One had Easter special, lamb and risotto. Generous serving, cooked well. One had linguine with mussels and more seafood, in lemon sauce. A bit too sour. Service was efficient and amenable."

"Our waiter took great care of a member of our large party (7 diners) who had multiple allergies and food restrictions. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful, even bringing some gluten-free bread without being asked. We had a lovely evening and our waiter is to be commended for helping to make it so! We will be back!"

"I made a reservation under open table for a quiet booth for 5:30pm. My friend who was visiting from Cairo was seated at a table not a booth just about a yard from the kitchen. One more step and I would have been on the line with the rest of the cooks. Since we were there early enough and there were plenty of booths avialable I was surprised they did not want to accomodate a simple request? I asked for us to be moved at least down a few tables away from a very loud kitchen. Please take Open Table requests more serious especially when they are well with in reason. With a friend coming so far away we night time to chat. Our waitress on the other hand was amazing and the food was overall great. Thank you."
