With the exception of VERY FEW dishes, they can make anything on their menu GF, and they take it very seriously; the manager visits the table and delivers your meal. They even offer a surprisngly good gluten free bread in addition to their normal bread, just ask for it.
Aside from these GF accolades, the menu offers great Italian (and other) options, and the consistency and quality is excellent.
