"Our dinner took far too long to get to us. With appetizers, salad, entree and dessert we were in the restaurant for over 2 hours. We were also seated right next to the area where waitstaff set their trays down to deliver food to all of the tables so they ambiance wasn't great. Otherwise, our waitress was very friendly and the food tasted fantastic."

"We Frequent this restaurant often. The food is impeccable, always good, a always hot when you receive it and delicious. Very tasty and seasoned to perfection. The enviroment is always pleasant, always decorated with the season or festivity of the month. Service is good. Bartenders are very friendly and your glass is never empty. Cliff, Jason and Shawn are great. Can wait for the patio to open."

"This was our third visit to Paolo Lombardi's since the first of the year. As is always the case, it was just great! The server was very professional and personable, and the food was hot and as tasty as ever. It was a first time visit for our out of town guests, who were still talking about it on Sunday morning!"

"The food just wasn't very good: the pasta accompaniments were terrible (obviously not cooked with salt) and overcooked; the shrimp were rubbery (overcooked), the marsala was drowned in brown sauce.

The server was overbusy, trying to serve restaurant tables and a party (of ~60?) at the same time."

"We had dinner on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. The service was excellent, and our meals were hot and as fresh as we have come to expect here. The snapper was done to perfection, and the Cotoletta Paolino was up to its usual high standards."
