"I usually do not go for brunch on the eastside, but this was very nice. Unfortunately their machine ws supposedly down so I had to write to you regarding my points, I so far have not gotten any credit toward my points"

"We walked into this restaurant with the radio blasting. I asked if they could lower the volume. While they lowered it a bit, it seemed odd to have such loud music at a 6:30 pm reservation. It was music more for a bar scene, not a small Italian restaurant. Our waitress was clueless. She asked if we wanted water & I asked for sparkling water. She just looked confused and poured tap water for us. When I clarified it with her, she brought a glass of club soda for my daughter. I had to get the manager to get bottled sparkling water. Food wise, I found my dinner of homemade black ink pasta with shrimp and avocado in tomato sauce underwhelming. My daughter enjoyed the chicken parmigiana and my husband liked his fish entree."

"1- next to my table were 2 sets of parents and group of children. Noise level was awful.
2- Ordered veal - very tough - and food was not hot enough. very disappointing."

"I was so happy to see that Panorama re-opened in a different location after leaving their spot on E 85th street. The ambience was a bit nicer in the other location, but this was cute too. The menu changed a bit, but the food was still really good. The service was a bit slow, and I would have gotten another drink, but the waiter never came around to ask us if we would like another round. Since they just re-opened, and he seemed to be the only waiter on the floor in a full restaurant, it didn't upset us, and we'll definitely go back. As previous waiters ourselves, we understand when that happens."
