  • "We had the fried calamari appetizer, the linguini alfredo with shrimp and eggplant parm. The shrimp were outstanding, and the alfredo sauce was rich but not overly creamy. The eggplant, however, was so tough and stringy I had to saw through it with a knife. Seriously. It was awful."

  • "The staff is all a little off and for an Italian restaurant the waitress was not verse in the Italian menu lingo. The head waiter would check in on us every 30 seconds or so even when we didnt have our food and made it a point to find out who ordered the Sea Bass to relay to the chef, which was odd. The food ended up being very good so would definitely go back."

  • "I can't give a fair review of Panini's because when we got there, they had our reservation but did not have a table for us. They apologized but had no feasible solution except for us to wait. With a long wait for us, we decided to go somewhere else. Looked like a nice place but be warey of making reservations if you need a definite plan!"

We enjoyed the food very much. But most of all we enjoyed Keith, He made our lunch a lot of fun! I have already passed the restaurant on to friends who will be visiting Philly next month!"

  • "Panini's was not up to par on this evening. The bread was cold, dry and served with frozen solid butter (no olive oil?...) we all ordered the same salad yet each salad was different; some with tomatoes, some with croutons and some with nothing but poorly flavored greens. The entrees didn't come as advertised but with different pasta i.e. spaghetti instead of fusilli, etc. and they didn't let us know this ahead of time. Overall- we were underwhelmed. We won't go here again."

  • "I had a simple wrap that was pretty good but the other 5 members of my party were disappointed with their meals. We basically ordered 3 wraps and 3 paninis but it took forever and 4 of the 6 were cold. Lastly, and maybe it was just a bad batch but the unsweetened Iced Tea tasted like a dish rag. Just saying! We won't be going back."

  • "We dined there last Saturday and found the server, Tess, to be very cokrdial and well trained. I would say the food was good, nothing exceptional. We both had veal and found it tough, they could have used a better grade. Probably why items are are on the lower price side."
