Panevino RestaurantOutstandingWe ordered the eggplant and mozzarella bruchetta, which was very nice. The spinach salad was dressed perfectly. I shared it with my date, who also enjoyed it. The veal piccata was as tender as you'll find anywhere. The portion size was very generous (enough for two) with roasted potatoes and spinach. My date had the sea bass which she loved. The portion size of it seemed perfect for those looking for something lighter. I also ordered the creme brulee. It is not only that the food is superb the service is excellent. I want the total package when going to a resturant, I want good food, good service and ambiance and this restirant has it all! I had the chicken/asparagus risotto and my companion had seafood ravioli. Both were delicious. I had the pear/gorgonzola salad and he had the spinach to start. Everything was delicious. Start with the artisan bread. It is worth the carbs. The view of the strip is one of the best around. Time your dinner to eat when it starts to get dark for the best effect. The interior of this place is absolutely beautiful, though. Even the background music was perfect. Service was almost flawless, some of the best i've ever experienced. Wine list has some interesting choices, but a little pricey. It's a beautiful space with elegant service and delicious food. Seating was a mix of a fabulous Chef's Table for 12, booths, and tables. Lighting enough to read the menu is a problem at some tables (ask to move). The menu was a excellent array of top shelf italian selections. The wine list was good and reasonably priced (Vino Noble di Montepulciano). GF friendly w/ 4 GF pastas and work throughs for most of the menu. Gorgonzola salad app and sea bass entre were excellent. Scallop app red pepper sauce under needed to be twice as bold. Osso Bucco was good but not great, the cioppino woud have been a better choice. As vegans we sometimes find it challenging to get creative and delicious menu items, but Vincenzo Granata, the restaurant's GM amazed us with his latest culinary delights that are light, healthy, and completely vegan!
Everything is a complete package at Panevino: attentive and friendly service without being overbearing; a great wine list, food that makes the taste buds sing, and a wonderful, high end atmosphere with view over the Strip!
We don't come here nearly often enough - but that will change in the future!4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMOur party of 4 gathered forOur party of 4 gathered for a business meeting and my request was to be seated at a quiet, perimeter table to minimize disruptions. We were seated in a corner, on the windows, at a double sized table to accommodate work folders...it was perfect. Our server was attentive and noticed our every move. She was distant while we conducted the intense portion of our meeting and responded immediately when we were ready to order. Our beverages were kept refreshed throughout, food was fresh and tasty.

Restaurant was nearly empty as you might expect early in the week, but we came for the food. Short rib risotto was out of this world, as were the ravioli choices. A little disappointed that there were no Italian sausage options on the menu. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Just off the strip near the airport, so easy to find and drive to. The sense of lots of elbow room, open feel came from overlooking McCarren Field and the madding crowd of the strip in the distance.
The food was consistently excellent in 2 separate nights.
I don't know how the staff could have been more professional or had a better sense of timing.
The wine list was a bit pricey but made up for it with the fun close out values.

The menu is quite extensive and the food is reliably very good, albeit a tad on the expensive side. A terrific place for a business dinner in Vegas.
